Եռյակին ուղղված առաջարկներն ուժի մեջ են, սակայն իշխանությունները նախապայմաններ չեն հանդուրժի: «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի«Կիրակնօրյա վերլուծական Թամրազյանի հետ» հաղորդման ժամանակ այդ մասին հայտարարեց Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցության խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
«Վարչապետի առաջարկը ուժի մեջ է, նախագահի առաջարկը ուժի մեջ է, կմիանան՝ կմիանան քննարկումներին, չեմ միանա՝ ուրեմն իրենք իրենց կդնեն անհարմար վիճակի մեջ», - հայտարարեց իշխող կուսակցության խոսնակը:
«Գրոշ չարժե այն քննադատությունը, որը առաջարկություն չի պարունակում», - ասաց Շարմազանովը՝ շարունակելով․ - «Բյուջեն պետության ամենակարևորագույն քաղաքական փաստաթղթերից մեկն է, և այդ փաստաթղթի քննարկման ժամանակ ես բացի քննադատությունից, որը շատ դեպքերում կոնկրետ չէր և շատ դեպքերում չէր պարունակում առաջարկ, որևէ ծրագրային քննադատություն, որևէ ծրագրային առաջարկ չլսեցի»:
Վերոհիշյալը, ըստ իշխող կուսակցության խոսնակի, խոսում է այն մասին, որ «էդ մարդիկ անելիք չունեն»: «Հիմա իրենց մոտ մրցույթ է սկսելու՝ մի քանի ամիս հետո, թե ով ավելի շատ կքննադատի իշխանություններին, որովհետև պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ այդ երեք ուժերը մեկը մյուսից շատ տարբեր են, և դրա վառ ապացույցը նաև Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի վերջին ասուլիսն էր», - նշեց Շարմազանովը:
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք քննարկումների, Հանրապետականը պատրաստ է լսելու բոլոր նորմալ առաջարկները, բայց ո՞ւր է՝ առաջարկ չկա․ մի մասը լռում է, մի մասը շանտաժ է անում», - հայտարարեց Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահը:
«Շանտաժի և կապրիզի և ուլտիմատումի գնացող ուժերը իրենք իրենց դնում են անհարմար վիճակի մեջ և աստիճանաբար կդառնան մարգինալներ», - համոզմունք հայտնեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ հավելելով․ - «Իսկ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր պատրաստ են նստել երկխոսության հանուն ժողովրդի խնդիրների լուծման, բնականաբար, մի դրական քայլ կանեն ոչ թե մեզ համար, այլ հենց հասարակության համար»:
«Էդ եռյակը ընդգրկված ուժերը ոչ թե խնդիր ունեն բարեփոխումներ և բարելավել ժողովրդի խնդիրը, ինչպես իրենք են ասում, այլ խնդիր ունեն ժամանակ շահելու կամ կապրիզ անելու: Իսկ իրենք էսօր առաջին հարց բերել են դրել են մեր դեմը 100-տոկոսանոց համամասնականի հարցը», - ասաց իշխող կուսակցության խոսնակը:
«Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը չի ապրում դիոգենեսյան տակառում, մենք մենակ մեր մտքերը չենք պատրաստ լսել, մենք պատրաստ ենք լսել ցանկացած առողջ առաջարկ, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ մենք մերժում ենք մերժողականությունը», - հայտարարեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
