43-ամյա տղամարդը «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ է տեղափոխվել հանկարծակի սկսված ուժեղ գլխացավով, զարկերակային բարձր ճնշմամբ: Բժշկական կենտրոն մուտք գործելուց հետո անմիջապես
իրականացվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր հետազոտությունները` գլխուղեղի ԿՏ և ԿՏ-անգիոգրաֆիա, կրծքավանդակի ԿՏ և լաբորատոր հետազոտություններ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան էջը, հիվանդը հոսպիտալացվել է ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունքում։ Հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հիվանդը ունեցել է գլխուղեղի զարկերակների երկու պարկաձև անևրիզմաներ (լայնացումներ), որոնց շրջանում անոթի պատի թուլությունը հանգեցրել է անոթի պատռման և գլխուղեղի շուրջը ծանր արյունազեղման առաջացման։ Նշված իրավիճակում հիվանդի կյանքին լուրջ վտանգ էր սպառնում հատկապես կրկնակի արյունազեղման դեպքում։ Իրավիճակն էլ ավելի է բարդացել, երբ հիվանդի COVID-19-ի թեսթավորման արդյունքը դրական է եղել:

Հիվանդին կրկնակի արյունազեղումից փրկելու նպատակով Ցերեբրովասկուլյար նյարդավիրաբուժության ծառայության ղեկավար Դավիդ Սահակյանի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել կատարել ներանոթային վիրահատություն՝ ամրացնելու վնասված զարկերակները։ Նշված միջամտությունը պահանջում էր վիրաբուժական և անեսթեզիոլոգիական թիմի բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ, հմտություն և համակարգված աշխատանք, քանի որ անևրիզմաների կառուցվածքային առանձնահատկություններից ելնելով առկա էր շատ բարձր ռիսկ ներվիրահատական արյունազեղման կամ իշեմիկ կաթվածի առաջացման։

Հիվանդի մոտ COVID-19 վարակի առկայությունը մեծացնում էր, ինչպես հիվանդի ռիսկերը կաթվածի բուժման ընթացքում, այնպես էլ վտանգի տակ էր դնում ամբողջ վիրաբուժական թիմին։ Վերջին հանգամանքը ստիպում էր այս բարդ միջամտությունն անցկացնել առավել բարդ պայմաններում՝ կիրառելով վարակի տարածման կանխարգելմանը ուղղված խստագույն միջոցներ։ Նման վիրահատությունների ժամանակ օգտագործվող ճառագայթային պաշտպանության կապարե արտահագուստից բացի, անձնակազմը կրում էր նաև հակավիրուսային պաշտպանության արտահագուստ և հատուկ դիմակներ։

Վիրաբուժական և անեսթեզիոլոգիական թիմի պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի շնորհիվ վիրահատությունը կատարվել է բարձր մակարդակով և առանց բարդությունների: Արյունազեղման ինչպես նաև COVID-19 վարակի բուժումը հետագայում պատշաճ կերպով իրականացվել է ինտենսիվ թերապիայի, նյարդաբանական, նյարդավիրաբուժական և թերապևտիկ թիմերի համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ։

Այդպիսի թիմային պայքարի արդյուքնում հիվանդը հաղթահարել է բոլոր խնդիրները, դուրս է գրվել առողջացումով և վերադարձել է ընտանիք։
