«Պետականության կազմաքանդման հետհաշվարկը սկսված է

2020թ հունիսի 22-ը մեր նորագույն պատմության մեջ կմտնի որպես հայոց պետականության կազմաքանդման մեկնարկի օր: Կառավարությունը՝ Վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ, խորհրդարանի 89 պատգամավորները, ինչպես նաև նրանց սպասարկող խորհրդարանական ընդիմությունը իրականացրեցին մեծագույն հանցագործություն՝ տապալեցին Երկրի սահմանադրական կարգը:

Այդ պահից սկսած Հայաստանի իշխանությունները իրենք իրենց դրեցին օրենքից դուրս: Այդ պահից սկսած Հայաստանը զրկվեց օրինական իշխանություններից:

Հունիսի 22-ին իշխանությունը առ ոչինչ դարձրեց 1991թ սեպտեմբերի 21-ի համաժողովրդական հանրաքվեի արդյունքը: Հայաստանը դադարեց ժողովրդավարական պետություն լինելուց:
