Իշխանության ալոգիկ մտածելակերպը, երբ գործողություններում բացակայում է անգամ տարրական լոգիկան, շարունակվում է նաև այսօր: Այն բոլոր հայտարարությունները՝ վարչապետի (հատել ենք այն եզրը, որից այն կողմ դժոխային իրավիճակ է) Առողջապահության նախարարի (համակարգը շատ ծանր վիճակում է), որոնք այս օրերին արդեն ուրվագծում են երկրում առկա ծանր սոցիալ-տնտեսական, ինչպես նաև առողջապահական կատարյալ ֆիասկոն, նախկինում, շատ ավելի վաղ, զգուշացվել էր դրանց մասին՝ ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, ով հունիսի 5-ի իր հայտնի ելույթից հետո, շարունակում է ենթարկվել քաղաքական հետապնդումների և նրա այդ՝ իրականությունը ի ցույց դնող հայտարարությունները, սրերով ընդունվեցին: Մինչդեռ Ծառուկյանը դրանք ասում էր, որպեսզի ոմանք, ովքեր տառապում են անաշխատունակության բարդութով, շտկեն իրավիճակը, որն արդեն իսկ դուրս է եկել բոլոր տեսակ վերահսկողությունց:
Ինչ է ստացվում իշխանության ալոգիկ գործելաոճն այստեղ էլ է իր վառ արտահայտումն ունեցել: Ստացվում է ցավոտ իրականության մասին հայտարարություններն անընդունելի են, որովհետև դրանց մասին խոսում էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, չեն խոսում այն մասին, որ այո Ծառուկյանի հայտարարությունները տեղին էին և պետք էր դրանից ենթադրություններ անել և վստահաբար այսօր նման կազուսային իրավիճակում չէինք լինի, փոխանակը իշխանությունները ամեն տեսակ լծակներ կիրառում են ընդդիմախոսներին լռեցնելու համար: Այսինքն կարևորն ու անկարևորը չեն տարբերում, սեփական շահը գերադասում են համընդհանուրի շահից: Ահա հենց նմանատիպ դրսևորումների արդյունքում է, որ իշխանությունների գործած սխալները շատ թանկ է նստում մեր պետության և ժողովրդի վրա, իսկ մարդիկ, ովքեր ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ եղել են ժողովրդի թիկունքին և պայքարել են հանուն բարեկեցիկ ապագայի, այսօր բացահայտ ռեպրեսիաների են ենթարկվում: Վերջը մոտ է, ուղղակի վատն այն է, որ բացասական հետևանքները վերացնելը շատ մեծ ժամանակ և ռեսուրսներ է պահանջելու:
