Սննդի թարմության և անվտանգության ապահովման երաշխիքներից է հերմետիկ փաթեթավորումը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս պահպանել սննդամթերքի համային, հոտային, որակական հատկանիշները, բացառում է մանրէների ներթափանցումը, և որ ամենակարևորն է՝ սննդամթերքը զերծ է պահում օդի հետ անմիջական շփումից:

առավելությունները: Փաթեթավորումը պահպանում է մսային և խմորային մասի համային հատկանիշներն ու կոնսիստենցիան, սննդամթերքը պաշտպանում է արևի ճառագայթների և օդի հետ շփումից: Այն ներառում է անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն արտադրանքի վերաբերյալ՝ բաղադրություն, արտադրողի մասին տեղեկություններ,
պահպանման պայմաններ, պիտանելիության ժամկետ: Փաթեթավորումը թույլ է տալիս տնային պայմաններում ավելի երկար պահեստավորել ապրանքն առանց որակական և համային կորուստների և, իհարկե, փաթեթավորմամբ պարզ երևում է արտադրանքի արտաքին տեսքը:
