«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Պետական դումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովի հետ:
Քննարկվել են սահմանամերձ Տավուշի մարզում ռազմական էսկալացիայի հետ կապված վերջին իրադարձություններին, կորոնովիրուսի դեմ պայքարին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ներքաղաքական վերջին իրադարձություններին առնչվող հարցեր:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր ռուս գործընկերոջը ներկայացրել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը, ընդգծելով Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի սադրանքների անթույլատրելության մասին: ԲՀԿ նախագահը նշել է, որ զոհերի և իրավիճակի սրման հետագա ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարոթյունը: Ի պատասխան ՝ Լեոենիդ Կալաշնիկովը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել գործադրելու բոլոր ջանքերը ռազմական լարվածությունը թուլացնելու համար, այս համատեքստում ընդգծելով հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների միջև եղբայրական և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների առկայությունը:
Կողմերը շեշտել են հակամարտությունները բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծելու և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին լարվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար արդյունավետ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Ինչ վերաբերում է կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի հետևանքները հաղթահարելու գործընթացին, Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովը և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ կիրառվող սահմանափակումները որևէ դեպքում չպետք է հանգեցնեն տնտեսական իրավիճակի և քաղաքացիների կենսամակարդակի վատթարացմանը:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել քայլեր ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ ռուսական խոշոր ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ, իր հերթին, Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովը ողջունել է «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդի այս նախաձեռնությունը: Հեռախոսազրույցի ավարտին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և Լեոնիդ Կալաշնիկովը քննարկել են Ռուսաստանում և Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող վերջին ներքաղաքական իրադարձությունները և պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել երկկողմ խորհրդարանական հարաբերությունների ընդլայնման, ինպես նաև եղբայրական հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների միջև հարաբերությունների համապարփակ խորացման ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկել` ի շահ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի զարգացման և բարգավաճման:
