Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին կայանալիք Չարենցավանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում առաջադրված է մեկ թեկնածու՝ գործող քաղաքապետ Հակոբ Շահգալդյանը: Թե իրականում ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված Չարենցավանում տիրող նման «դեմոկրատիան» և համերաշխությունը, Orer.am-ը փորձեց ճշտել առաջադրված միակ թեկնածու Հակոբ Շահգալդյանից.
- Փաստորեն Ձեր հաղթանակը արդեն կայացած փաստ է:
-Եթե չարենցավանցիներն իրենց ձայնը տան, բնականաբար, հաղթանակ կտանեմ, մենակ եմ մնացել:
-Եթե-ով եք խոսում, կասկածու՞մ եք, որ Ձեզ ձայն կտան:
-Չէ, չեմ կասկածում, ուղղակի ընտրություններից հետո մարդիկ վերջնական հայտարարում են իրենց հաղթանակի մասին, ես ո՞նց այս պահին այդպիսի բան ասեմ:
-Մի խոսքով, չեք շտապում հայտարարություններ անել…
-Իհարկե, ինչի՞ համար հայտարարություն անեմ, դեկտեմբերի 14-ին ընտրություններն է, կլինեն, նոր դրանից հետո բոլորս կհամոզվենք՝ ինչ է, ինչ արդյունք է:
-Ասում են, որ Ձեր միակ հակառակորդը՝ Արտավազդ Ալեքսանյանը, Ձեր բարեկամն է, արդյո՞ք այդպես է:
-Իմաստը ո՞րն է…
-Իմաստն այլընտրանքն է…
-Դե, որ այլընտրանքային տարբերակ լիներ՝ գոնե մինչեւ վերջ կթողնեինք էլի:
-Տեղեկություններ են տարածվել, որ մարդիկ պարզապես չեն ցանկանում Ձեզ հետ «մրցել», ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ դա ինչի՞ արդյունք է:
-Դե որովհետեւ ես բոլոր չարենցավանցիներին հարգում եմ, այն մարդիկ, ում 25 տարին լրացել է՝ իրավունք ունեն մասնակցել ընտրություններին եւ ես ի՞նչ պետք է անեմ… Երեւի որոշ չափով գնահատել են իմ այս տարիների աշխատանքը:
-Այսինքն մարդիկ իրենց անձը թերագնահատո՞ւմ են եւ Ձեզ ավելի բա՞րձր են դասում:
-Չէ՛, այստեղ անձը թերագնահատելու խնդիր չէ, քաղաքապետ դառնալու համար ժամանակ է պետք, քաղաքի բնակիչներին պետք է կարողանան համոզեն, որ կարողանան ասեն, որ իրենք ավելի լավ ծրագիր ունեն, ավելի լավ կաշխատեն ու ավելի լայն հնարավորություններ կլինեն քաղաքի համար: Իրենք պետք է իրենց ծրագիրը ներկայացնեն, որ քաղաքի ժողովուրդը բնականաբար համոզված լինի ու ուրիշն իր թեկնածությունը դնի: Այսօրվա դրությամբ ես այն թեկնածուն եմ, որ իրոք աշխատանքներ կատարել եմ, ուղղակի ինձ չեմ ուզում գովաբանեմ, եթե աշխատանքներ կատարել եմ ու ժողովուրդն էլ դա տեսել է, միգուցե դրա համար մարդիկ ցանկություն չունեն իրենց թեկնածությունն առաջադրելու՝ անիմաստ տեղը: Ես չեմ ասում, որ մարդիկ չկան, ովքեր արժանի չեն քաղաքապետ դառնալու, ես այդքան մեծամիտ մարդ չեմ, ես ի՞նչ պետք է անեի, որ մարդիկ չառաջադրվեին:
-Իսկ առհասարակ անհետաքրքիր չի՞ անցնի ընտրությունը, չէ՞ որ ընդամենը մեկ թեկնածու է ներկայումս:
-Հո ես չէի՞ կարող որեւէ մեկին ասեի՝ չէ՜, որ չէ, թեկնածությունդ պետք է դնես: Եթե այլ թեկնածու լիներ, երկուսս մեր ծրագրերը կներկայացնեինք, իսկ բնակչությունն էլ կորոշեր ու կասեր, թե ով լավ ծրագիր ունի:
-Կարելի՞ է ասել, որ ԲՀԿ-ի հետ Ձեր հարաբերությունները նորմալ են, որի արդյունքում Ձեր դեմ թեկնածություն չեն առաջադրել:
-Ինչի՞ միայն ԲՀԿ-ի, իմ հարաբերությունները բոլորի հետ են նորմալ: Քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը ես որպես քաղաքական պաշտոն չեմ համարում, քաղաքապետը պետք է ավելի շատ զբաղվի քաղաքային տնտեսությամբ, քան քաղաքականությամբ: Քաղաքապետի գործը քաղաքը մաքրելն է, ասֆալտապատելն է, լուսավորելն է: Ես ՀԱԿ-ի, «Ժառանգության», ԲՀԿ-ի, բոլորի քաղաքապետն եմ այս քաղաքում:
-Հավանաբար դրա համար էլ բոլորն իրենց տեղը Ձեզ են զիջել, այո՞:
-Դա այդպես չի,, ինձ որեւէ մեկն իր տեղը չի զիջել, ուղղակի թեկնածու չեն առաջադրել:
