Այրի եգիպտացի կինը քառասուն երեք տարի ամեն օր տղամարդու հագուստ էր հագնում,որպեսզի կարողանա աշխատել: Սիզա Աբու Դաուհը նման քայլի է դիմել դստերը կերակրելու համար: Դեպքի մասին իմանալուց հետո եգիպտական իշխանությունները կնոջը նվի:րեցին «Իդեալական մայր» մրցանակը:

Ինչպես եգիպտացի Սիսա Աբու Դաուհը մնաց առանց ապրուստի ՝ իր ձեռքերում գտնվող փոքր երեխայի հետ:

Սիսան Լյուքսոր քաղաքից է: 16 տարեկանում ամուսնացել և հղիացել է: Երեխայի ծնունդից մի քանի ամիս առաջ նրա ամուսինը մահացավ: Կինը մնաց միայնակ իր փոքրիկ երեխայի հետ:

Իր երկրում կանանց համար շատ դժվար ու բարդ էր աշխատանք գտնել: Սակայն այս կինը երբեք չի կոտրվել: Կինը երբեք չի վախեցել ֆիզիկական ծանր աշխատանքից և որոշել է տղամարդ ձևանալ, որպեսզի կարողանա գումար վաստակել: Ամեն առավոտ կինը տղամարդու հագուստ էր հագնում, գնում էր հարևան քաղաք, որպեսզի այդտեղի բնակիչները ոչինչ չհասկանան:

Աշխատասեր կինը երբեք չի տրտնջացել: Սկզբում շինարար էր: Ավելի ուշ աշխատել է դաշտում, իսկ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում կոշիկ մաքրող է եղել: Այդ ծանր աշխատանքի դիմաց կինը օրական 1$-ից էլ քիչ է ստանում: Սակայն, կնոջ խոսքերով, ինքը դրանից էլ է գոհ, քանի որ կարողանում է ինքնուրույն վաստակել իր հացի գումարը: 

Երիտասարդ ժամանակ կնոջը առաջարկել էին երկրորդ անգամ ամուսնանալ, սակայն նա չի համաձայնել: Կարծում էր, որ երկրորդ ամուսնությունը վատ կազդի աղջկա դաստիարակության վրա:
