Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանը 2 անգամ կավելացի Աբխազիային հատկացվող օգնության ծավալները: Այդ մասին Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հայտարարել է Աբխազիայի նախագահ Ռաուլ Խոջիմբի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Orer.am-ը՝ հղում անելով itar-tass.com-ին, «նախատեսված է երկակի ավելացում նախորդ տարվա և նույնիսկ այս տարվա համեմատությամբ»:
Պուտինը նշել է, որ ռուս-աբխազական հարաբերությունները բավականին հաջող են զարգանում, ձևավորվել է նորվատիվ-իրավական լավ հիմք: «Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, մեր մասնագետները, խորհրդարանների անդամները եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ անհրաժեշտ է ընդունել լրացուցիչ ակտեր, որպեսզի նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծվեն և՛ տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման, և՛ Աբխազիայի անվտանգությունն ապահովվելու, և՛ գլխավոր խնդրի՝ մարդկանց կյանքը բարելավելու խնդրի լուծման համար»,- ասել է ՌԴ-ի նախագահը: Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ առաջնորդների այսօրվա հանդիպումը լուրջ խթան կհանդիասանա իրենց հարաբերությունների ամբողջ համալիրի զարգացման համար:
Աբխազիայի նախագահը նշեց, որ իր երկիրը երկար ժամանակ մեծ դժվարություններ է կրել և այսօր, Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության և ռազմական փոխօգնության մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ կթևակոխի նոր փուլ:
«Մենք, անկասկած, կմեծացնենք այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք նախկինում ներկայացված են եղել և՛ անվտանգության, և ՛ սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման հետ կապված հարցերում: Մենք հույս ունենք զարգացնել այդ հարաբերությունները և համոզված ենք, որ այն օգնությունը, որը հատկացվելու է մեզ, իսկապես շատ օգտակար կլինի մեր պետության համար»,-նշեց Խոջիմբը: Նրա խոսքերով, ռուսական օգնության ծավալների ավելացումը թույլ կտա Աբխազիային լուծել ոչ միայն սոցիալական խնդիրները, այլ նաև զարգացնել երկրի տնտեսությունը:
