Կառավարական առանձնատների վերանորոգման աշխատանքներում թույլ են տրվել հարյուրավոր միլիոնների չարաշահումներ, որոնցով զբաղվում են իրավապահները։ Նկատենք՝ խոսքը գնում է վարչապետի աշխատակազմի անմիջական հսկողության ներոք գործող ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից կատարված ֆինանսական չարաշահումների մասին է, որի վերաբերյալ «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկությունները հաստատել են նաեւ պաշտոնական մարմինները։

Կառավարական առանձնատները գտնվում «Կոնդի առանձնատների տնտեսություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հաշվեկշռում, որին վերապահված է կառավարական առանձնատների սպասարկումը, այդ թվում՝ վերանորոգումների կազմակերպումը։

Դեռեւս 2019 թվականին մեծ աղմուկ հանեց տեղեկատվությունն առ այն, որ պետական բյուջեից շուրջ 2 միլիոն դոլար է հատկացվել Կոնդի առանձնատների տնտեսությունում գտնվող ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա ընտանիքին սպասարկող կառավարական առանձնատան մասնաշենքը հիմնանորոգելու, վերանորոգելու և կահավորելու համար։ Նկատենք, որ առանձնատունը նախկինում արդեն իսկ վերանորոգված եղել է, քանի որ սպասարկել էր ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահին, բայց Փաշինյանի ընտանիքը նոր վերանորոգում էր ուզել, որի արդյունքում «գաղտնի» խորագրով կառավարությունը գումար էր հատկացրել վարչապետի աշխատակազմին։

Կատարված վերանորոգումը, որի շրջանակներում, ըստ տեղեկությունների, միլիոններ են ծախսվել ընդհուպ զուգարանակոնք ձեռք բերելու վրա, խնդրահարույց է համարել անգամ պետական վերահսկողության ծառայությունը։

«Փաստինֆո»-ի հավաստի տեղեկություններով՝ ՊՎԾ-ն ֆինանսական չարաշահումներ է հայտնաբերել «Կոնդի առանձնատների տնտեսություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում՝ մասնավորապես առանձնատների վերանորոգման աշխատանքներում, որոնց արդյունքում այսօր օրակարգում է քրեական գործի հարուցման հարցը։ Օգոստոսի 25-ին «Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցումներ էր ուղարկել ՊՎԾ եւ իրավապահ մարմիններ, որոնց արդյունքում մեր տեղեկությունները հաստատվել են նաեւ պաշտոնապես։

Մասնավորապես՝ ՊՎԾ-ին խնդրել էինք տեղեկացնել, արդյոք ուսումնասիրվել է ՊՈԱԿ-ի գործունեությունը, եթե այո, ապա որ տարիների աշխատանքն է դարձել ուսումնասիրության առարկա, խախտումներ հայտնաբերվել են,թե ոչ, որքան է կազմել պետությանը առերեւույթ պատճառված վնասը։

Առանձին հարցով ՊՎԾ-ից խնդրել էինք հայտնել կոնկրետ կառավարական առանձնատների վերանորոգման աշխատանքներում չարաշահումներ հայտնաբերվել են, թե ոչ եւ ինչ ընթացք է տրվել դրանց։
