Դրամական աջակցություն՝ նպաստառու ընտանիքների հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 3110 երեխաների

ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը միանվագ դրամական օգնություն կտրամադրի 0-18 տարեկան 3110 երեխաների, որոնց ընտանիքները պետական ընտանեկան նպաստի համակարգի շահառուներ են: Միանվագ դրամական օգնությունը կկազմի 26 500 դրամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար: Ծրագրի շահառու են հանդիսանում Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում բնակվող, նպաստառու ընտանիքների հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաները:

Աջակցության տրամադրման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության և ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի միջև:

«Քանի որ հազարավոր ծնողներ պայքարում են իրենց կենցաղն ու եկամուտը ապահովելու համար, ՀՀ կառավարությունը այս ընթացքում աշխատել է ընդլայնել սոցիալական պաշտպանության միջոցառումները, որպեսզի հասնի ամենախոցելի անձանց։ ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի աջակցությամբ մենք հույս ունենք օժանդակել ոչ միայն հաշմանդամություն ունեցող ամենախոցելի երեխաներին, այլև՝ քարտեզագրել առողջապահական և սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության ծառայությունների կարիքը հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում և միասնական մոտեցում մշակել՝ հետագայում այս ծառայությունները համակարգելու և իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ»,- նշել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Զարուհի Բաթոյանը։

Ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է 82,415,000 դրամ: Աջակցության գումարի չափը որոշվել է նախարարության հետ համատեղ՝ հիմնվելով նախկին սոցիալ-տնտեսական աջակցության փաթեթների և նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցների հաշվարկի վրա.

«Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաները, հատկապես նրանք, ովքեր ապրում են ամենաաղքատ տնային տնտեսություններում, անհամաչափորեն են զգում կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի բացասական ազդեցությունը։ Հետևաբար՝ նրանց լրացուցիչ աջակցություն է հարկավոր ճգնաժամին դիմակայելու համար։ Եթե համակարգված գործողություններ չիրականացնենք կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի սոցիալ-տնտեսական ազդեցությունը չեզոքացնելու և համավարակին պատասխան հարված հասցնելու համար, արդեն իսկ ծայրահեղ ծանր պայմաններում ապրող հազարավոր երխաներ, է՛լ ավելի ծանր իրավիճակում կհայտնվեն», - նշել է Հայաստանում ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Մարիան Քլարք-Հաթինգը։

Աջակցությունը տրամադրվելու է հանրապետության սոցիալական պաշտպանության համակարգի և գանձապետարանի միջոցով ամսական ընտանեկան նպաստների վճարումների հետ համատեղ՝ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի ստորագրելու պահից մեկ-երկու ամիսների ընթացքում։ Տրամադրված աջակցության գործընթացին գործընկերները հետևելու են համատեղ։

Բացի միանվագ դրամական աջակցությունը, ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակը ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ համատեղ մշակել է տեղեկատվական փաթեթ՝ ծրագրի շահառու հանդիսացող հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 3110 երեխաների ծնողների և խնամակալների համար, որը կբաշխի «Հայփոստ»-ի աջակցությամբ:

Որպես երկարաժամկետ աջակցություն՝ ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ը պատրաստ է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը տրամադրել տեխնիկական աջակցություն՝ հոգեկան առողջության և հոգե-սոցիալական աջակցության ծառայությունները զարգացնելու համար, այդ թվում՝ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ընտանիքների համար:
