«Կասեցում» քաղաքացիական շարժման համակարգող, գործարար Սամսոն Գրիգորյանը ֆբ-ի իր էջում գրել է․

«2020թ-ի սեպտեմբերի մեկից փոխվում է հագուստի մաքսազերծման մեթոդները։ Ներմուծվող հագուստը այսուհետ մաքսազերծվելու է, բոլոր այլ ապրանքների մաքսազերծման ընթացակարգերով։

Այսինքն՝ այլևս չի լինելու կիլոգրամով մաքսազերծում, հաշիվ ապրանքագրերում(ինվոյս) պետք է նշված լինեն ապրանքների ստույգ քանակները, գները, անվանումներն ու մոդելները։ Ինֆորմացիայի թերի հայտարարագրումը կբերի վարչարարության կիրառման։
Բացահայտ իջեցված գներով, թերի ինֆորմացիայով, թերի փաստաթղթերով ապրանքներ մաքսազերծելիս կկիրառվեն մաքսային արժեքի որոշման այլ գործիքակազմեր՝ գնի ճշտում, գների բազայից օգտվել, վերջին մի քանի ամիսներում ներմուծված նույնանման ապրանքների գների հետ համադրում։

Թուրքիայից ներմուծում կատարելիս, մեծամասնությունը չի կարողանա ամբողջական փաստաթղթային փաթեթն ապահովել, այս դեպքում կկիրառվեն վերը նշված մեթոդները։ Մնացած բոլոր երկրներից ցանկության դեպքում հնարավոր է ապահովել ամբողջական փաթեթը և, եթե գները կասկած չառաջացնեն, մաքսազերծումը կկատարվի առաջին մեթոդով՝ այսիքն ինվոյսային արժեքով։
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք հետևյալին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն արգելվում է ներմուծել կեղծ բրենդային ապրանքներ։ Հետևաբար ներմուծված կեղծ բրենդային ապարանքները չբացահայտվելու դեպքում կմաքսազերծվեն բրենդային ապրանքների գներով, ինչը ձեզ համար ամեն դեպքում շահեկան չէ, իսկ բացահայտվելու դեպքում կունենա ցավալի հետեևանքներ(ապրանքի առգրավում, ոչնչացում և այլն)։

Սա վերաբերում է Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից ներառյալ, արտահանվող երկրից դուրս եկող ապրանքներին միայն։ Այսինքն եթե այսօր արդեն ապրանքը ճանապարհին է, նախկին մեթոդներով կմաքսազերծվի։
