Նարեկ Պողոսյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
Պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է այս ուրբաթ դիմել ոչ իշխանական պատգամավորներին՝ ՍերժՍարգսյանի հրաժարականի գործընթաց սկսելու առաջարկով: Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնանկության գործընթաց սկսելու նախագծի համար անհրաժեշտ 44 ստորագրությունները հավաքելու դեպքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այն ծրագրում է ԱԺ քննարկման ներկայացնել դեկտեմբերի 1-ին մեկնարկող քառօրյայում։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը դիտարկվում է նրա գլխավորած քաղաքական միավորման և Եռյակի մրցակցության շրջանակներում: Հիմնական գործընթացը այստեղ ընդդիմության առաջնորդությունը ստանձնելու պայքարն է:
Եռյակը փորձեց հիմնական պայքարը ընդդիմադիր դաշտում տանել 12 կետերի, հանրահավաքային պայքարի, տարբեր հասարակական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությունը ստանալու, համաժողովրդական շարժման շտաբներ հիմնելու և, այսպես ասած, համաժողովրդական պայքարը սկզբնավորելու ճանապարհով:
Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է օգտվել ընդդիմադիր դաշտի արմատական թևում առաջացած վակուումից և իր գլխավորած քաղաքական միավորին տալ արմատական ընդիմադիր ուժի որակ: Եթե նախկինում ՀԱԿ-ն էր հանդես գալիս ընդդիմադիր արմատական ուժի դիրքերից, ապա Եռյակին միանալուց հետո ՀԱԿ-ի դիրքորոշումը փոխվել է և հանդես է գալիս ավելի շատ չափավոր դիրքերց:
Հենց այս հանգամանքն է նպաստել, որպեսզի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման հայտ ներկայացնի: Հիշեցման կարգով նշենք, ու հոկտեմբերի 24-ի հանրահավաքում ՀԱԿ առաջնորդը իր ելույթում մարգինալների շարքին է դասել նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը»:
Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի` նախագահի իմփիչմենթ սկսելու նախաձեռնությունը հաջողություն չի ապահովվելու, քանի որ այն ԱԺ-ում քաղաքական մեծամասնություն կազմող ուժի կողմից ընդունելի չէ: Այս գործընթացը ավելի շատ գնում է դեպի քաղաքական դաշտի պարզաջրմանը: Ակնկալվում է, որ Նիկոլի նախաձեռնությանը կմիանան «Ժառանգությունից», մասնավորապես՝ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը: Չի բացառվում, որ Եռյակից նույնպես պատգամավորներ կմիանան այս նախաձեռնությանը, սակայն 44 ստորագրություն ապահովելը քիչ հավանական է:
ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը, անուղղակիորեն անդրադառնալով Նիկոլի նախաձեռնությանը, նշում է. «Քաղաքական ուժերն ու գործիչները բաժանվել են երկու մասի` այնպիսիք, որոնք իշխանափոխություն են պահանջում և այնպիսիք, որոնք իշխանափոխություն են իրականացնում: Սովորաբար, կամ ավելի ճիշտ՝ միշտ, տարիներ անց այդ միայն պահանջողները հանգրվանում են հենց իշխանության ծոցում ու հենց նրա համար, որ միմիայն պահանջելով շեղում են բողոքական զանգվածի ուշադրությունը իրականում իշխանափոխություն անողներից»:
Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի այս անդրադարձը փաստում է այն մասին, որ Եռյակի համար Ն. Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունը ընդունելի չէ և նրանց համոզմամբ` Փաշինյանը փորձում է Եռյակին շեղել բուն գործընթացից: Ստացվում է այնպես, որ Փաշինյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը ուղղված է նաև Եռյակի դեմ:
