Բելառուսում խուլուհամր մարդուն դատել են, ըստ ոստիկանության վարկածի` չարտոնված ցույցին ակտիվորեն մասնակցելու և «բարձրաձայն կարգախոսներ բղավելու» համար: Այս մասին գրում է lenta.ru կայքը` հղում տալով «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի բելառուսական ծառայությանը:

Գոմելի 23-ամյա բնակիչ Ալեքսանդրը բերման է ենթարկվել օգոստոսի 12-ին՝ կանգառից: Ձերբակալվածի մայրը պատմել է, որ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները բռնել են որդուն և քարշ տվել դեպի ոստիկանական մեքենա, երբ նա արդեն բարձրանում էր ավտոբուս: Կնոջ խոսքով ՝ որդին գրեթե չի լսում և չի խոսում, միայն ինքն է հասկանում որդուն:

«Նա (ոստիկաններին) ձեռքով ցույց է տվել իր լսողական սարքը, բացատրել է, որ չի լսում, բայց նրան սկսել են հարվածել` ոտքերին, ծնոտին: Հետո կապտուկներ են առաջացել նաև մեջքին»,-պատմել է Ալեքսանդրի մայրը:

Ավելի ուշ Ալեքսանդրը պատմել է, որ ոստիկանական մեքենայում իրեն ծնկի են իջեցրել, իսկ ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում  դեմքով պառկեցրել են գետնին և թույլ չեն տվել բարձրացնել գլուխը:
