Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, գործարար Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը դատի է տվել Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին՝ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի կայացրած որոշման համար. այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Ալեքսանյանը դիմել է Վարչական դատարան Երեւանի քաղաքապետի 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 16-ին կայացրած թիվ 2898-Ա որոշումն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով։ Ըստ այդ որոշման՝ Երեւան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի Շրջանային փողոցի հ.102/4 հասցեի հետնամասում՝ պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասում Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի կողմից իրականացվել են ապօրինի շենք-շինությունների կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքներ, ինչի առթիվ էլ քաղաքապետարանում վարչական վարույթ է հարուցվել։

Ալեքսանյանին գրավոր առաջարկվել է սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ, ձեռնարկել քայլեր ինքնակամ շենք-շինությունները քանդելու եւ դրանցով ծանրաբեռնված պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասերն ապօրինի տիրապետումից ազատելու համար, սակայն վերջինս այդ ուղղությամբ որեւէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկվել:

Իսկ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի ճարտարապետության եւ քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետի կողմից տրված մասնագիտական կարծիքի համաձայն՝ հիմնավորվել է, որ այդ ապօրինի կառուցված շենք-շինությունները եւ պարիսպը ենթակա չեն օրինականացման, քանի որ ընդգրկված են անտառային նշանակության հողերում։

Այսպիսով քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը որոշել է չօրինականացնել այդ շենք-շինությունները։ Ինչպես նաեւ հանձնարարել է Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին՝ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության եւ հողի վերահսկողության վարչության ու հասարակական կարգի պահպանության ծառայության օժանդակությամբ քանդել այդ ինքնակամ կառուցված շենք-շինություններն ու ապօրինի տիրապետումից ազատել պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասը:
