Իրանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Սաիդ Խաթիբզադեն հայտարարել է, որ Իրանը մշակել է քաղաքական պլան, որը կարող է վերջ տալ արցախյան հակամարտությանը: Արտգործնախարարության խոսնակը հայտարարել է, որ Իրանն իր նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին, չծավալվելով մանրամասների մեջ: Նա ասել է, որ Իրանը այդ առումով աշխույժ շփումների մեջ է երկու կողմի հետ: Միաժամանակ նա հիշեցրել է Իրանի հյուսիսային սահմանի կայունության հարցում Թեհրանի շահագրգռության եւ իր տարածքի անվտանգության հարցում անվերապահ զգոնության մասին:

Ի՞նչ նախաձեռնություն է ներկայացրել Թեհրանը: Իրանը մշտապես հայտնել է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը միջնորդելու պատրաստակամության մասին, սակայն գործնականում չի հիշվում կոնկրետ պլան մշակելու եւ այն կողմերին ներկայացնելու հանգամանք:

Այդ հայտարարությունը հատկանշական է հոկտեմբերի 5-ին դիվանագիտական զարգացումների աշխուժության նոր ալիքի ֆոնին: Գործընթացին ներգրավվել են ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիայի եւ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարները՝ ԱՄՆ դեպքում պետքարտուղարի տեղակալը: ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը ազդարարել էր սպասվող համատեղ հայտարարության մասին: Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարը հայտարարել էր ՌԴ արտգործնախարարի հետ ինտենսիվ նախաձեռնությունների պայմանավորվածության մասին:

Իրանի կենսական հետաքրքրվածության հանգամանքըավելորդ մեկնաբանության կարիք չունի: Հարցն այն է, թե Իրանի նախաձեռնողականությունն ինչպիսի հարաբերակցության մեջ է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի հետ:

Նախօրեին Իրանում ՌԴ դեսպան Լեւան Ճաղարյանը հայտարարեց, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստակամ է Թեհրանի հետ քննարկել C 400 ՀՕՊ համակարգերի վաճառքի հարց, երբ հոկտեմբերի 18-ին լրանա Իրանին սովորական սպառազինության վաճառքի արգելանքը:

Ռուսաստանը այդ համալիրներից վաճառել է նաեւ Թուրքիային: Արդյոք սպասվող նոր կոնֆիգուրացիանրում Իրանը երաշխիքներ է պահանջել իր համար, ԱՄՆ լռելյայն համաձայնության պայմաններում:
