Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ կապված ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում սրման հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ria.ru-ն։

«Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Եվրոպայի հարցերով եւ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լե Դրիանը եւ Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Մայք Ռ. Պոմպեոն, որոնք ներկայացնում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրները, ամենավճռական կերպով դատապարտում են բռնության աննախադեպ եւ վտանգավոր սրումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում եւ նրա սահմաններից դուրս:

Նախարարները միանշանակ ընդգծում են, որ վերջին գրոհները, որոնց թիրախները ենթադրաբար քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներն են՝ ինչպես շփման գծի երկայնքով, այնպես էլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտուց դուրս գտնվող Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի տարածքներում, ինչպես նաեւ այդ հարձակումների անհամաչափությունը տարածաշրջանում կայունության համար անընդունելի վտանգ են ներկայացնում:

Վկայակոչելով այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 1-ին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահերեք երկրների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունը` նախարարները կրկին հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ են անում անհապաղ ու անվերապահորեն հրադադարի ռեժիմ հաստատել:

Համանախագահ երկրները վճռականորեն տրամադրված են լիարժեք իրականացնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի եւ միջազգային հանրության կողմից իրենց վստահված մանդատը` Մինսկի խմբի անդամ երկրների աջակցությամբ:

Այս մանդատի համապատասխան, նրանք կշարունակեն հետեւողականորեն մեծացնել փոխգործակցությունը կողմերի հետ՝ նրանց կոչ անելով անհապաղ իրենց վրա վերցնել կարգավորումը վերսկսելու գործընթացի պարտավորությունը՝ առկա հիմնական սկզբունքների եւ համապատասխան միջազգային փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, որոնք լավ հայտնի են երկու կողմերին»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
