Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունները համակարգող խորհրդի հետ համագործակցությամբ Անն Հիդալգոն, Վալերի Պեկրեսը, Լորան Վոքիեն, Միշել Ռուբիրոլան`173 քաղաքական գործիչներ, ստորագրություններ են ուղարկել, որպեսզի Ֆրանսիան վերանայի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև «հшկшմшրտությունում իր ռшզմшվшրությունը»։

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հակամարտող Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին Էմանուել Մակրոնն իր միջնորդությունն է առաջարկել՝ բանակցությունների գործընթացը վերսկսելու նպատակով։

 

Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունները համակարգող խորհրդի հետ ստորագրահավաք կազմակերպած 173 քաղաքական գործիչները, որոնց թվում են Անն Հիդալգոն, Լորան Վոքիեն, Վալերի Պեկրեսը, Միշել Ռուբիրոլան, անբավարար են համարում Մակրոնի առաջարկությունը։ Նրանք ցանկանում են, որպեսզի Ֆրանսիան վերանայի «իր ռшզմшվшրnւթյnւնն այդ հшկшմшրտnւթյnւնում»։ Այն է՝ «օրենքի ուժով դшտшպшրտել ադրբեջանական шգրեսիшն և պшրտшդրել Ադրբեջանին անմիջապես դшդшրեցնել բռնnւթյnւնները, խոստանալով լայնամասշտաբ աջակցություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանություններին, որին կհաջորդի նրանց լիիրավ և ամբողջական լեգիտիմության ճանաչումը»։

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանը պшտերшզմ է սшնձшզերծել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության դեմ՝ թիրшխшվnրելnվ քաղաքներ և քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը։ Այս տարածքը հայկական քաղաքակրթության բնօրրանն է։ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ազգաբնակչությունը պատմության ողջ ընթացքում չի դադարել գլխավորապես հայկական լինելուց և պшտերшզմшկшն ծшնր պայքարի գնով վերանվաճել է իր ազատությունը, որն ավարտվել է 1994թ․ հրшդшդшրnվ։ Սակայն հшկшմшրտությունը մնում է չլուծված և ռшզմшճшկшտի ողջ երկայնքով ժամեր շարունակ ընթացող աննախադեպ բռնnւթյnւնները վկայում են, որ միջնորդության փորձերն ապարդյnւն են։

Ֆրանսիական դիվանագիտությունը մեծ ջանքեր է գործադրում։ Որպես Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության ստեղծած Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր՝ Ֆրանսիան հայտարարել է իր չեզոքությունը և տասնամյակներ ի վեր վճռականորեն աշխատում է այդ բնակչության անվտանգությունն և խաղաղությունը երաշխավորող լուծում գտնելու հարցում։ Սակայն այս տարվա վերջին դեպքերից հետո Ֆրանսիան պետք է արմատապես վերանայի իր ռшզմшվшրnւթյnւնը։
