Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում մեկնարկել է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը:

Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն տեղեկացրել էր, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն այցելել և ծաղկեպսակ է դրել Անհայտ զինվորի գերեզմանին։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքը, Մնացականյանի այցի շրջանակներում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում կայանալիք բանակցությունների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է քննարկել երկկողմ համագործակցության ողջ շրջանակը, արտաքին քաղաքական փոխգործակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ- և ԱՊՀ-ի գծով, դիրքավորումը ՄԱԿ-ում, ԵԱՀԿ-ում, Եվրոպայի խորհրդում, Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունում և այլ միջազգային հարթակներում: Տեղի կունենա մտքերի առարկայական փոխանակում միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային թեմաների շուրջ։ Կքննարկվի Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի և Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի միջև 2020-2021 թթ. խորհրդատվությունների ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքը:

Երկխոսության առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը կդառնա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման խնդրի քննարկումը։ 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 9-10-ը Մոսկվայում կայացած Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների եռակողմ հանդիպմանը ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների զարգացման նպատակով կշարունակվի երկխոսությունը հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության թուլացման և առարկայական բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման համար պայմանների ստեղծման շուրջ, այդ թվում ՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինուժը լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսել Արցախում՝ թիրախավորելով նաև խաղաղ բնակչությանը։
