«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արցախում ընթացող պատերազմը գրեթե բոլոր հարթակներում գոյություն ունեցող հակասություններն ու տարաձայնությունները կտրուկ մի կողմ թողեց՝ դառնալով յուրատեսակ կոնսոլիդացիայի հիմք։ Այս օրերին շատ է խոսվում ռազմաճակատից զատ նաև միջազգային և դիվանագիտական ճակատներում կազմակերպված պայքար տանելու մասին։ Հանուն արդարության պետք է փաստել, որ ներկա փուլում հայաստանյան ընդդիմությունն իր հերթին հայրենիքի անվտանգության ընդհանուր գործում իր բոլոր հնարավորություններն ու միջազգային կապերը ի նպաստ է դրել, որպեսզի տեղեկատվական համապատասխան չափաբաժին ապահովվի՝ ճշմարտությունը տեղ հասցնելու նպատակով։

Այս ընթացքում բավական ակտիվ են ու մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք են իրականացնում արտերկրում գործող հայկական կազմակերպությունները, անհատներն ու լոբբիստական խմբերը, որոնք անգնահատելի աշխատանք են տանում իրենց երկրներում։ Դրա արդյուքն են ոչ միայն մարդաշատ բողոքի ակցիաներն ու երթերը, Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների կողմից ստացվող ֆինանսական հոսքերը, այլև լոբբիստական բուռն աշխատանքը՝ աշխարհին ճշմարտությունը հասցնելու և դա առարկայացնելու համար։

Փաստն այն է, որ արդեն իսկ առանձին երկրների խորհրդարաններ ընդունել են Թուրքիայի ռազմական միջամտությունը, ահաբեկիչների ներգրավումը դատապարտող բանաձևեր։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում նման բանաձևեր կընդունեն նաև այլ երկրների խորհրդարաններ: Վերջապես, մյուս կողմից, այն հանգամանքը, որ որևէ երկրի օրենսդիր մարմնի քննարկմանն է ներկայացվում Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու բանաձև, անկախ դրա վերջնական ելքից, արդեն իսկ խոսուն է:
