Ռուսաստանը պետք է դադարի սակարկություններ առաջարկել Հայաստանին ու իրապես նաև գործուն աջակցություն ցուցաբերի, որպեսզի հաղթանակն ամրապնդվի: Այս մասին «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Էմիլ Օրդուխանյանը: Նրա կարծիքով, ադրբեջանաթուրքական այս ագրեսիան շատ ավելի լուրջ, այդ թվում՝ նաև տարածաշրջանային, աշխարհաքաղաքական հետևանքներ ունեցող և հեռուն միտված մի ծրագիր է. այն, ըստ էության, ուղղված է նաև Իրանի և ՌԴ-ի դեմ:

«Այս տարածաշրջանի բալանսավորման հարցը պայմանավորվում է տարածաշրջանում խոշոր ազդեցություն ունեցող պետություններով: Մեզ մոտ այդ ազդեցության առումով անվանդաբար միշտ ՌԴ-ի պատկերն է եղել: Բայց այսօր ազդեցության տեսանկյունից Թուրքիայի միայն գործնական քայլերին ու հավակնություններին չէ, որ ականատես ենք լինում: Այս տարիների ընթացքում տեսանք Թուրքիայի կողմից Վրաստանի տնտեսական կլանումը, ինչպես նաև կոմունիկացիաների կլանումը, տեսանք Վրաստանից Ռուսաստանի հետ մղումը, այդ թվում՝ նաև ռազմական ներկայության տեսքով: Մյուս թիրախը Ադրբեջանն է. այսօր միանշանակ է, որ Թուրքիան նաև քաղաքականապես է կլանել Ադրբեջանին: Մենք առաջիկայում կտեսնենք, որ կփորձի փաստացի հսկողություն սահմանել նաև էներգակիրների վրա:

Հիմա մնացել է Հայաստանը, որտեղ ՌԴ-ն շարունակում է ռազմական ներկայություն ունենալ: Եվ մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Թուրքիան «գիծը» տանում է դեպի Նախիջևան, այսինքն, ՀՀ-ի հետ ուղիղ սահման: Սրանք ուղիղ սպառնալիքներ են նաև Ռուսաստանի ազգային ու պետական շահերի համար, և այս պարագայում մենք համատեղ շահերի կրող ենք: Ռուսաստանը պետք է դադարի սակարկություններ առաջարկել Հայաստանին ու իրապես նաև գործուն աջակցություն ցուցաբերի, որպեսզի հաղթանակն ամրապնդվի. մեր հաղթանակը նշված համատեքստում վստահաբար նաև Ռուսաստանի հաղթանակն է»:
