Առաջին անակնկալ ալիքը, որ հակառակորդը հասցրել է՝ օդում միաժամանակ եղել է 1000-ից ավելի թռչող սարք։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության ուղիղ եթերում ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։

Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ ժամանակակից օդուժը հիմնականում արտահայտվում է ԱԹՍ-ների տեսքով. «Այս տիպի ԱԹՍ-ների դեմ, ցավոք սրտի, ժամանակակից ռազմական գիտությունը պասիվ պաշտպանողական ՀՕՊ-ի տեսքով լուծում չունի։ Ֆիզիկան իրենց օգտին է. իրենք փոքր են, արագաշարժ, դժվար նկատելի եւ ամենավատը՝ քանակապես շատ են։ ՀՕՊ-ի համար գոյություն ունի «նշանակետային ուղի» հասկացություն, պարզ լեզվով ասած՝ քո իքս միավոր ՀՕՊ-երը կարող են միաժամանակ խոցել օրինակ՝ 2 իքս քանակի թռչող սարք, այդ թվում՝ ԱԹՍ, դա ինքը լավ գիտի եւ գալիս է այդ 2 իքս քանակիցդ 5 անգամ շատ, դու ֆիզիկապես չես հասցնում, եւ ինքը խոցում է այդ ՀՕՊ-ին»։

Հովհաննիսյանը պատմեց, որ հակառակորդը սեպտեմբերի 27-ի վաղ առավոտյան առաջին հարվածը հասցրել է ՀՕՊ համակարգերին եւ կառավարման կետերին. «Իդեալական չի անցել այդ հարվածը, բայց գրագետ են գործել։ Կոնկրետ կառավարման համակարգին վնաս գրեթե չեն կարողացել տալ։ ՀՕՊ-ին էլ մասնակի են վնաս հասցրել։ Զինվորական գործից հասկացողները շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ մեր դիմադրությունը ռազմական գիտության գլուխգործոց է»։
