Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի երկխոսությունն արդյունավետ կլինի, եթե եւ՛ Երեւանում, եւ՛ Բաքվում որոշակի փոխզիջումների գնան՝ կարծում են «Իզվեստիա» թերթի փորձագետները: Հոկտեմբերի 19-ին երկու երկրների առաջնորդները հայտարարեցին, որ պատրաստ են հանդիպել Մոսկվայում: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը ԼՂ-ում վերիֆիկացիոն խմբերի ստեղծման հարցով շփման մեջ է հակամարտող կողմերի հետ: Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ դրանք կհայտնվեն մոտ ժամանակներս: Իսկ Պետդումայից «Իզվեստիա»-ին հայտնել են, որ «երկների միջեւ տարաձայնությունների հարթման եւս մեկ գործի կարող է դառնալ աշխատանքային խումբը, ներառյալ՝ երկու երկրների ԱԳՆ եւ ՊՆ ղեկավարներին, ինչպես նաեւ ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչներին: Քաղաքագետները կարծում են, որ հրադադարը հնարավոր կլինի միայն հակամարտության ճակատում կայունացումից հետո: Նրանց խոսքով՝ ԼՂՀ հարավում հակամարտությունը կշարունակվի մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի վերջ: Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի կոմիտեի առաջին տեղակալ Վիկտոր Վոդոլացկին թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը պետք է աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծեն: Նրա խոսքով՝ նման մոտեցումը թույլ կտա առարկայնորեն քննարկել իրավիճակը տարբեր մակարդակներում: Սակայն դրա համար, խորհրդարանականի խոսքով, անհրաժեշտ են փոխզիջումներ: Նրա խոսքով՝ ցանկացած մեխանիզմ արդյունավետ չի լինի, քանի դեռ տարածաշրջանում երրորդ երկրներից դիտորդներ չեն ներգրավվել: Քաղաքագետ Դենիս Դենիսովի խոսքով՝ աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծումն ու ՊՆ ղեկավարների մակարդակով բանակցությունները քիչ կազդեն իրավիճակի վրա: ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւն էլ կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ցանկացած առաջարկ արդյունավետ չի լինի, քանի դեռ չի կայունացել իրավիճակը հարավային ճակատում: «Հյուսիսարեւելյան ճակատում իրավիճակն արդեն կայունացել է, սակայն հարավում ադրբեջանական բանակը ակտիվ հարձակում է սկսել՝ վերահսկողություն սահմանելով մի շարք բնակավայրերում, սակայն ռազմավարական Հադրութ եւ Ջեբրայիլ քաղաքները չեն գրավվել: Մարտերի ինտենսիվությունը թուլանում է, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը հակամարտության 3 շաբաթների ընթացքում անձնակազմի եւ զրահատեխնիկայի մեծ կորուստներ կրեց»,-ասել է փորձագետը: «Հարավում կայունացումից հետո կողմերը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պատրաստ կլինեն բանակցություններ սկսել եւ արդեն իրական հրադադար հաստատել: Դեռեւս խոսքը «ԼՂ անվտանգության գոտուց» 5 շրջանների վերադարձի մասին է: Ի պատասխան Երեւանը կպահանջի ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության կարգավիճակը, սակայն քիչ հավանական է, որ Ադրբեջանը կհամաձայնի: Սակայն որոշակի քայլեր կողմերն անում են»,-եզրափակել է փորձագետը: Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը նաեւ նշել է. «Հյուսիսարեւելյան եւ հարավային ճակատներում իրավիճակի կայունացումից հետո Բաքվի եւ Երեւանի համար հեշտ կլինի համաձայնել տարածաշրջանում դիտորդների եւ խաղաղապահների տեղակայմանը»:
