«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախն ու Հայաստանն այսօր լրջագույն մարտահրավերի առաջ են կանգնել։ Սեղանին է դրված մեր ժողովրդի ապրելու իրավունքը։ Եվ այս պատերազմում հայ ժողովուրդը նահանջելու տեղ չունի, և միակ ելքը հաղթանակն է։ Բայց, ինչպես տեսել ենք պատմական տարբեր փուլերում, նման ծանր իրավիճակում հաղթանակը հեշտ չի տրվում։ Իսկ հաղթանակը կախված է ոչ միայն արտաքին, այլև ներքին գործոններից։ Այս իրավիճակում հայ ժողովուրդն ինչքան միասնաբար ու համախմբված գործի, այնքան կշահի թիկունքն ու ռազմաճակատը։ Սակայն համախմբվածությունը խոսքերով չէ միայն։

Այս պահին այս կամ այն գործչին կամ քաղաքական ուժին պախարակելը և ներքին գզվռտոցը ոչ միայն չեն օգնում հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու գործին, այլև թուլացնում են թիկունքը, քանի որ այդ հանգամանքից մարդկանց մոտ խորը դժգոհություն և հիասթափություն կարող է առաջանալ։ Պատմությունը լի է այնպիսի դեպքերով, երբ հակառակորդը փորձել է օգտվել ներքին խժդժություններից ու կարողացել է իր օգտին ծառայեցնել հայ ժողովրդի դիմադրողականության անկումը։ Ուրեմն, հարկ է դասեր քաղել այդպիսի պատմական օրինակներից։

Ներկա պահին պետության շահը առավել քան ենթադրում է, որ պետք է դուրս գալ տևական ժամանակ մեր հասարակության մեջ արմատացած «սև ու սպիտակի» տրամաբանությունից, մի կողմ դնել բոլոր տեսակի հակասություններն ու բանավեճերը և լծվել հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը՝ թե՛ ռազմաճակատում, թե՛ տեղեկատվական, թե՛ դիվանագիտական հարթակներում, թե՛ տնտեսության մեջ և թե՛ ընդհանրապես թիկունքում։ Եթե հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանն անհրաժեշտ է, որ միմյանց հետ համագործակցեն իրար հետ անհամատեղելի համարվող գործիչներ, քաղաքական ուժեր, ապա նրանք չպետք է խուսափեն այդ քայլին գնալուց։

Եվ այս առումով հետաքրքրական է, որ պատերազմի առաջին օրերից սկսած լայն քննարկումների առարկա էր այն հարցը, թե ինչու պետության նախկին և ներկա ղեկավարները չեն հավաքվում և միասնաբար քննարկում ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու ուղիները։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց պարզ դարձավ, որ Արցախի և Հայաստանի ներկա մտահոգիչ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված` տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահներ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը և Բակո Սահակյանը։ Ճիշտ է՝ ակնկալիքներ կային, որ այս հանդիպումը պետք է տեղի ունենար պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրերին, այնուամենայնիվ, անկախ նախագահների միջև տեղի ունեցած քննարկումների բովանդակությունից, այս հանդիպումն իր մեջ կարևոր ուղերձ է պարունակում։

Սրանով հանրությունը տեսնում է, որ պատմական այս փուլում միասնությունն այլընտրանք չունի, և ժամանակն է վեր կանգնել քաղաքական և այլ ամբիցիաներից։ Բացի այդ, նախագահներն իրենց փորձով և գիտելիքներով իրապես կարող են օգտակար լինել ծանր փորձության մեջ գտնվող երկրին։ Մնում է հույս ունենալ, որ այսպիսի քայլերով ամրապնդվող միասնության մթնոլորտը չի սահմանափակվի միայն ծայրահեղ իրավիճակներով, և հաղթանակից հետո այն նոր նախադեպ, քաղաքական նոր մշակույթ կդառնա նաև մեր երկրի հետագա զարգացումը կանխորոշելու համար, քանի որ մենք պատերազմից հետո արդեն բախվելու ենք դրա ծանր հետևանքները վերացնելու և տնտեսական առաջընթացն ապահովելու բարդ գործին։
