Շատ փորձագետների կարծիքով, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի՝ վերջին շրջանում առավել հիստերիկ ու ամբարտավան կեցվածքի պատճառներից մեկն էլ ներքին չափազանց անկայուն վիճակն է, որն օրեցօր ավելի է բարդանում: Նախ՝ թուրքական լրատվամիջոցների տարբեր տեղեկություններից պարզ է դառնում, որ այստեղ լուրջ ներքաղաքական բախումներ են սկսվել, որոնք սպառնում են առավել խորանալ. ինչպես ասում են՝ քաղաքական ուժերը պարզապես իրար «միս են ուտում»: Մյուս կողմից՝ ըստ Թուրքիայից ստացվող տեղեկությունների, արդեն իսկ նկատելի են որոշակի ապրանքների կուտակում և լճացում, ինչը գործարար շրջանակների մեջ խուլ դժգոհություն է առաջացնում:

Շատ մեղմ ասած՝ Էրդողանից դժգոհ է նաև հասարակության մեծ մասը, քանզի շատերը գտնում են, որ նա Թուրքիան անընդհատ ներքաշում է տարբեր աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակների ու հակամարտությունների մեջ, գումարած տնտեսության հետևողական գահավիժումը: Առայժմ այս դժգոհությունները մեծ ընդգրկում ու հրապարակայնություն չեն ստանում, սակայն միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներն արդեն արձանագրում են, որ միջազգային կառույցների և երկրների տնտեսական, քաղաքական ու ռազմական ճնշումներին զուգահեռ՝ Էրդողանի ու նրա վարչակազմի դեմ ներքին դժգոհությունները առարկայական «միս ու արյուն» կստանան:
