Ինչպես և ակնկալվում էր, ԱԺ խորհրդի նիստում խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն հանդիսացող Իմ քայլը խմբակցության ջանքերով հաստատվեց ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատգամավորական մանդատից զրկելու հարցով Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու հարցը: Իհարկե մենք անգամ մեր ամենալավատեսական ակնկալիքներում չէինք կարող պատկերացնել, որ Իմ քայլի պատգամավորները կարող են իրենց մեջ գտնել բավարար քաջություն ու խելամտություն, որպեսզի հակառակվեին վերևից իջեցված քաղաքական հետապնդման հրահանգին: Այն, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ սանձազերծված այս գործընթացը բացառապես քաղական հետապնդում է՝ դրանում ոչ ոք չի կասկածում, բայց այ որ մեր երկրի իշխանությունները այս կարգի են կորցրել իրականության զգացողությունը՝ դա արդեն նորություն է: Տիկնա՛յք և պարոնա՛յք փոքրոգիներ, դուք այլևս զատել եք բարոյականության ու խելամտության բոլոր սահմանները: Ձեզ խայտառակ պարտությունը կոծկելու, հազարավոր անհետ կորածների ու գերիների թեմայից հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղելու, մոտեցող տնտեսական գահավիժման հեռանկարից խուսանավելու համար դուք պատրաստ եք ամեն ինչի: Այդ դո՛ւք եք, որ վերերկրային մոլուցքով ու վախից դողդոջացող ձեռքերով կառչել եք պատգավորական մանդատից, որովհետև ինչպես նախկինում առանց դրա ոչինչ էիք, այդպես էլ շուտով այն կորցնելուց հետո դառնալու եք նույն զրոն: Իսկ այն մեղադրանքները, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը զբաղվել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ բացարձակ հիմնազուրկ են և այդ մասին փաստարկները ներկայացվել են խորհրդի նիստում: Սա իշխանությունների հերթական հակապետական ու կազմաքանդող գործունեության դրսևորումներից մեկն է: Վարչապետի աթոռին ատամներով կառչած անձը շարունակում է իր անլիարժեքության բարդույթները հաղթահարելու նպատակով անձնական հաշվեհարդարներ տեսնել քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների հանդեպ, բայց վստահաբար չի մարսելու….Գնդակն այլևս Սահմանադրական դատարանի դաշտում է: Դուք ունեք վերջին հնարավորությունն ապացուցելու, որ իշխանության դրածո չեք, որ օրենքի գերակայությունն ու սահմանադրականությունն ավելին են, քան անհավասարակշիռ հոգեվիճակում ձեզ իջեցված հրահանգները կյանքի կոչելը…
