Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանը մարզային այցերը սկսել է սահմանապահ և սահմանամերձ շրջաններից: Առաջին կանգառը եղել է Տավուշի մարզը, հետո՝ Արարատն ու Սյունիքը: Նախարարը մեծ կարևորություն է տալիս այդ հենակետերում փրկարար ուժերի կողմից իրականացվող ծառայությանը:

Վերջիններիս ներգրավվածությունը հակառակորդի հետ շփման գծում, ըստ նախարարի, ներկա իրավիճակում առավել քան անհրաժեշտ է: Նախարար Փիլոյանն այցերի ընթացքում ծանոթացել է մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների ռեսուրսներին, շենքային պայմաններին ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը: Ներկայացվել են առկա խնդիրները, տրվել են լրացուցիչ ցուցումներ՝ առավել կազմակերպված և արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար: Նախարարն իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել սահմանային գոտու փրկարարական ուժերին՝ պատերազմի ընթացքում առաջադրված խնդիրները պատվով կատարելու համար:
