Այսօր միջնորդություն եմ ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ՀՀ վարչապետի ժ/պ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանին հարցաքննության կանչելու մասին։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաեւը:

«Այսօր միջնորդություն եմ ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ՀՀ վարչապետի ժ/պ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանին հարցաքննության կանչելու մասին։

Խնդիրն առաջացել է հողերի վաճառքի գիշերը Երևանում տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային անկարգությունների գործով։ Նշված գործով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն առգրավվել էր ՀՀ կառավարության տեսախցիկների ձայնագրությունները, սակայն ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից «ինչ-որ» մեկը դրանք փոխանցել է Մանե Գևորգյանին, իսկ վերջինս էլ հրապարակել է տեսանութերը։ Այսինքն՝ Մանե Գևորգյանը «անհասկանալի» ճանապարհով ձեռք է բերել առգրավված տեսաձայնագրությունները, ինչպես նաև հրապարակել է նախաքննական գաղտնիքը։ Նշված փաստերը չափազանց կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն պաշտպանական կողմի համար և մենք անպայման հետամուտ ենք լինելու այդ հանգամանքների պարզմանը և ՀՀ կառավարական տնից քրեական գործի ուղղորդման բացառմանը։

Հաջորդիվ կանդրադառնամ այդ քրեական գործով տուժող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից իր գործը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի, ԲԴԽ որոշ անդամների, որոշ դատարանների նախագահների հետ քննարկելու խնդրին։
