Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը դեկտեմբերի 9-ին  ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտին: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում մանրամասն քննարկվել են Արցախին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր: Կողմերը համակարծիք էին, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը հիմնախնդրի համապարփակ կարգավորման միակ ձևաչափն է:

 

Տիգրան Ավինյանը կարևորել է Ֆրանսիայի Սենատում և Ազգային ժողովում Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման անհրաժեշտության մասին բանաձևերի ընդունումը:

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակին, ինչպես նաև հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման խնդիրներին: Այս համատեքստում հայկական կողմը բարձր է գնահատել Ֆրանսիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդի, ինչպես նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի անձնական ներգրավվածությունը տեղահանված անձանց մարդասիրական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու հարցում: Ընդգծվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի դերը մշակութային ժառանգության կոթողների պահպանման հարցում:

Խոսելով գերիների փոխանակման գործընթացի մասին՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է կիրառել «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքը, ինչպես նաև ստեղծել մեխանիզմ, ըստ որի նոր գերիների հայտնաբերման պարագայում կողմերից յուրաքանչյուրը պարտավորվում է առանց նախապայմանների վերադարձնել նրանց:

Փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ այժմ կառավարությունն աշխատանք է տանում հակաճգնաժամային տնտեսական ծրագրի կազմման ուղղությամբ, որը պետք է նպաստի երկրի տնտեսական ակտիվության վերականգնմանը: Անդրադառնալով երկկողմ տնտեսական հարաբերություններին, դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտն ասել է, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական օրակարգը բավականին հագեցած է և պետք է ակտիվ աշխատանքներ տանել նոր նախագծեր կյանքի կոչելու ուղղությամբ: Այս համատեքստում քննարկվել են գյուղատնտեսության, առողջապահության, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ջրային ոլորտի, ենթակառուցվածքների ուղղություններով համագործակցության խորացման ու ներդրումների ներգրավման հնարավորությունները:
