ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը որևէ դերակատարություն չի ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում: ТАСС գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Բաքվում այսօր ընդունելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի և ֆրանսիացի համանախագահներ Էնդրու Շոֆերին և Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիին:

«Ցավոք սրտի, Մինսկի խումբը որևէ դեր չի խաղացել հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում: Չնայած, որ 28 տարվա ընթացքում մանդատ է ունեցել դրա համար: Ես 17 տարի մասնակցել եմ բանակցություններին: Սակայն անգամ եթե Մինսկի խումբը հանդես է եկել գաղափարներով և փորձել է ստեղծագործաբար մոտենալ հարցին, դա որևէ արդյունք չի տվել»,- ասել է Ալիևը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հակամարտության կարգավորումն ամբողջովին փոխել է իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում: «Ներկա պահին ամբողջովին նոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել»,- շեշտել է Ալիևը՝ համաձայնելով ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի գնահատականի հետ, որ ԼՂ հակամարտությունն արդեն պատմության գիրկն է անցել:

Վերջինս հավելել է, որ Բաքու այցելելու նախաձեռնությունը համանախագահներինն է եղել, և ինքը նրանց չի հրավիրել:

«Այստեղ գալը ձեր գաղափարն է եղել: Կարող եմ ևս մեկ անգամ ասել դա տեսախցիկների առաջ: Ես Մինսկի խմբին չեմ հրավիրել, սակայն երբ ինձ տեղեկացրին, որ Մինսկի խումբը ցանկանում է գալ, ասացի՝ թող գան, ես դեմ չեմ: Գուցե ինձ ասելու բան ունեն»,- ասել է Ալիևը:
