Դեկտեմբերի 29-ին համացանցի ադրբեջանական տիրյթմ տարածվել են կադրեր, որտեղ, ադրբեջանական կողﬕ պնդմամբ, պատկերված են Արցախի օկպացված Հադրթի շրջանի Հակակ գյղի ﬔրձակայքմ սպանված 6 հայ զինծառայողների մարﬕններ: Արցախի Հանրապետթյան պաշտպանթյան բանակը ևս ﬔկ անգամ վերահաստատմ է ավելի վաղ արված իր հայտարարթյնն այն մասին, որ ո՛չ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, ո՛չ նախորդող և ո՛չ էլ հաջորդող օրերին ՊԲ որևէ ստորաբաժանմ, որևէ զիծառայող ընդգրկված չեն եղել որևէ մարտական գործողթյան ﬔջ և նյնիսկ ﬔկ կրակոց չեն արձակել: Շփման գծի ամբողջ երկարթյամբ հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանվել և պահպանվմ է:

Ավելին` ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանը, ներկայացված «մարտերի» պարագայմ, խոսմ է իրենց իսկ կողﬕց վերահսկվող տարածքների խորքմ, առաջնագծից բավական հեռ գտնվող գյղի մասին, որտեղ հայտնվել համար ՊԲ զինծառայողները պետք է հատեին առաջնագիծը և ռազﬔրթ կատարեին թշնամ թիկնքմ, ինչը, հաշվի առնելով հենց իրենց՝ ադրբեջանական Զ ստորաբաժանﬓերի առկայթյնը, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելթյան գործոնը, ղղակի հնարավոր չէ:

Պակաս կարևոր չէ նաև «զգադիպթյնը», որ նախօրեին Ադրբեջանը խախտել է վաղօրոք ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածթյնը և չի թյլատրել որոնողական խմբերի մտքը տարածքներ, որտեղ, իրենց պնդմամբ, ընթացել են այդ «մարտերը»։ Եվ սա այն դեպքմ, երբ որոնողական խմբերի՝ այդ տարածքներմ աշխատանքների շրջ պայմանավորվածթյնը ձեռք էր բերվել դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, այսինքն, ադրբեջանական կողﬕ պնդմամբ, հենց այն օրը, երբ «մարտեր էին ընթացել»։

Նշված փաստերի համադրթյնը ենթադրելի է դարձնմ, որ ադրբեջանական կողﬕ գործողթյններն հայտարարթյնները նպատակ նեն կոծկել հերթական պատերազմական հանցագործթյնը, և հենց այդ նպատակին է ﬕտված եղել որոնողական խմբերին հիշյալ տարածքներ մտք գործել թյլտվթյնից հրաժարվելը:

Ներկայմ ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են ընթանմ՝ պարզել տարածված կադրերմ պատկերված անձանց ինքնթյնը։ Պաշտպանթյան բանակը չի բացառմ, որ գործ նենք ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական գերթյան ﬔջ հայտնված քաղաքացիների դաժան սպանթյան հետ։

Խստորեն դատապարտմ ենք ադրբեջանական կողﬕ այս գործելաոճը, ինչը հակասմ է նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարթյան տրամաբանթյանը: Արցախի Հանրապետթյնը հետևողական է լինել Ադրբեջանի գործած պատերազմական հանցագործթյնները բացահայտել հարցմ։
