1.5 տարի առաջ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին պատմել է այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Արցախի հետ։  Ֆեյսբուքյան իր  էջում ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Վատիկանում Հայաստանի նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը։

Նրա խոսքով` երբ Փաշինյանը վարչապետ է դարձել, Հարությունյանը ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի միջոցով իր ծառայություններն է առաջարկել Փաշինյանին։

«Արայիկ Հարությունյանը վախենում էր, որ Փաշինյանը կարող է իր կեղծարարությունների մասին «դոսյեները» ջրի երես հանել։ Առաջին պայմանավորվածությունը կայացավ Հռոմում, ուր գնացել էին բանակցելու Միրզոյանն ու Հարությունյանը։ Դրանից հետո կայացավ հանդիպում, որին ներկա էին Փաշինյանը, Միրզոյանը, Հարությունյանն ու Արցախի ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Կամո Աղաջանյանը։ Հանդիպմանը վարչապետը ներկայացրել է Արցախի հարցի լուծումը»,–ասում է Մինասյանը։

Նա նշում է, թե գիտի` դժվար է հավատալ իր ասածին, սակայն հարկ է համարում հավելել, որ ինչպես Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, այնպես էլ Կամո Աղաջանյանը, վերջին 1 տարվա ընթացքում վաճառել են բոլոր բիզնեսները, որոնք գտնվում էին Ջաբրայիլում, Հադրութում և Ֆիզուլիում։

Մինասյանի խոսքով` Հադրութի շրջանի այգիները, որոնք պատկանում էին Հարությունյանին ու Աղաջանյանին կամ էլ նրանց առնչվող մարդկանց, կես գնով են վաճառվել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մինասյանն այսօրվա իր տեսաուղերձում հայտնել էր նաև, որ երբ Փաշինյանը դարձել է ՀՀ վարչապետ, ԱԱԾ-ից պահանջել է, որ իրեն ներկայացնեն, թե ովքեր են իր շրջապատում ԱԱԾ գործակալներ։

Մինասյանի խոսքով` ԱԱԾ–ն ղեկավարությունը հրաժարվել է դա անել և մինչ օրս էլ չի արել նման քայլ։ Սակայն ԱԱԾ միջին օղակում կային և կան թուլամորթ մարդիկ, որոնք փոխանցել են Փաշինյանին այդ ողջ փաթեթները։
