Ռս խաղաղապահները 23 դիտակետերմ անցկացնմ են իրադրթյան շրջօրյա մոնիթորինգ եւ հրադադարի ռեժիﬕ պահպանման վերահսկողթյն: Հրադադարի ռեժիմը պահպանվմ է շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով: Այս մասին հաղորդմ է Ռսաստանի պաշտպանթյան նախարարթյնը: Ռսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբն ապահովմ է քաղաքացիների անվտանգ վերադարձը իրենց մշտական բնակթյան վայրեր, ցցաբերվմ է հմանիտար օգնթյն, վերականգնվմ են քաղաքացիական ենթակառցվածքային օբյեկտները: Մեկ օրմ ռս խաղաղապահներն ապահովել են Հայաստանի տարածքից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ 218 փախստականների անվտանգ վերադարձը: 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղմ նախկին բնակթյան վայրեր է վերադարձել 48 459 մարդ:

Ռսաստանի պաշտպանթյան նախարարթյան Հակաականային ﬕջազգային կենտրոնի մասնագետները շարնակմ են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքի ականազերծման աշխատանքը: 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 23-ից չպայթած ռազմամթերքից մաքրվել է 479,2 հա տարածք, 182,8 կմ ճանապարհ, 710 շենք-շինթյն, այդ թվմ՝ 22 սոցիալական նշանակթյան օբյեկտներ, հայտնաբերվել եւ ﬖասազերծվել է 23 087 պայթյնավտանգ առարկա: Ռսական արտագնա բժշկական բրիգադը Վանք բնակավայրմ (Ստեփանակերտից 33 կմ հյսիսարեւմտք) 18 բնակչի ցյց է տվել ամբլատոր-պոլիկլինիկական օգնթյն, այդ թվմ՝ 2 երեխայի: Ռս ռազմական բժիշկները օգնթյն են ցյց տվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ընդհանր 1 218 բնակչի, այդ թվմ՝ 155 երեխայի:

Ռսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբը Կարﬕր խաչի ﬕջազգային կոﬕտեի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ԱԻՆ-ի ներկայացցիչների հետ փոխգործակցթյամբ շարնակմ է մարտական գործողթյնների ժամանակ զոհվածների մարﬕնների որոնﬓ փոխանցմը: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղմ հակամարտթյան անհետ կորած մասնակիցների մասին տեղեկթյնների հավաքման «Թեժ գծի» աշխատանքի ընթացքմ ընդնվել է 574 դիմմ: Բոլոր դիմﬓերը փոխանցվել են Կողﬔրի հաշտեցման կենտրոնի որոնողական խմբին: Ռսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի բոլոր գործողթյնները կատարվմ են կորոնավիրսային վարակի տարածմը թյլ չտալ ﬕջոցների պահպանմամբ: Ռսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվթյան գոտմ հնարավոր ﬕջադեպերը կանխել համար պահպանվմ է չընդհատվող փոխգործակցթյն Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի զինված ժերի գլխավոր շտաբերի հետ:
