Փաշինյանին թույլ չեն տալիս ընտրություններ անցկացնել իր օրակարգով
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տարեմուտին նախաձեռնեց կոնսուլտացիաներ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ` նրանցից առնվազն հավանություն ստանալու արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար:
 
Հանդիպում նախ տեղի ունեցավ խորհրդարանի 2-րդ քաղաքական ուժի` ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, ապա ԼՀԿ ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանի հետ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, հանդիպեց մի քանի այլ նորաստեղծ ու առանձնապես քաղաքական կշիռ չունեցող արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ, սակայն հասկանալի էր, որ այդ հանդիպումները ձևական, ֆորմալ բնույթ են կրում` պարզապես այդ գործընթացին արտաքին գեղեցիկ ֆասսադ ապահովելու համար:
 
Փաշինյանը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններն անխուսափելի են, միևնույն ժամանակ նա ցանկանում է այդ ընտրություններն անցկացնել իր վարչապետությամբ հայտնի պատճառով: Փաշինյանը գիտի, որ առանց վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման, իր գլխավորած քաղաքական թիմն այլևս ի վիճակի չէ հաղթելու: Սա նաև հասկանում են ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, այդ պատճառով առաջ են մղում մինչև ընտրությունները ժամանակավոր կառավարության ձևավորման անհրաժեշտությունը:
 
ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ում նկատմամբ իշխանությունները բազմաթիվ քրեական գործեր են հարուցել, հստակ արձանագրեց՝ չի կարող լինել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ՝ Փաշինյանի վարչապետությամբ: Փաշինյան-Ծառուկյան հանդիպումը տևեց մի քանի րոպե, որից հետո ԲՀԿ նախագահը հայտարարեց, որ ինքը մերժել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկները և առաջարկել է անցնցում հեռանալ: Հարցի նրբությունն այն է, որ ԲՀԿ-ի նման խոշոր քաղաքական ուժի կողմից արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման մերժումը քաղաքական առումով խոցելի է դարձնում ընտրությունների լեգիտիմությունը:
 
Արձանագրենք նաև, որ խորհրդարանական մյուս ուժը` Լուսավոր Հայաստանը նույնպես մերժեց Փաշինյանի դիրքորոշումը: Եթե ամփոփենք ասվածը, կստացվի հետևյալ պատկերը` ԲՀԿ-ն ի սկզբանե արգելակեց Փաշինյանի նախատեսած սցենարի իրականացումը և գործընթացի լեգիտիմությունը դրեց կասկածի տակ: Հետո նաև այլ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժեր ևս հանդես եկան հայտարարություններով ու, կարծես թե, հարցը երկրի ներսում առկախվեց:
 
Արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու Փաշինյանի մյուս փրկօղակը ՌԴ նախագահն էր: Ինչ էր ակնկալում Փաշինյանը Մոսկվա գնալուց առաջ: Նա առնվազն ակնկալում էր, որ ՌԴ նախագահի աջակցությամբ իրեն կհաջողվի լուծել գերիների վերադարձի հարցը: Այս հարցը գիտենք, թե ինչ զգայուն ու կարևոր է մեր հանրության համար: Եթե լուծվեր հարցը, ապա Փաշինյանը կունենար լավ առիթ հետագա քաղաքական գործընթացները կազմակերպել առավել անկաշկանդ: Սակայն տեղի ունեցավ բոլորովին հակառակը` գերիների վերադարձի մասով ոչ մի համաձայնություն ձեռք չբերվեց:
 
Արձանագրենք, որ լեգիտիմ արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու երկրորդ խոչընդոտը Փաշինյանը երեկ ստացավ Մոսկվայում: Աներկբա է, որ գերիների ու անհայտ կորածների, ինչպես նաև զինծառայողների մասունքների դուրսբերման հարցերը չլուծած իշխանությունը չի կարող երկրում անցնցում ընտրություններ կազմակերպել:
 
Իսկ առջևում երկրին քաղաքական և արտաքին լուրջ ցնցումներ են սպասվում, և Փաշինյանի անվերապահ հրաժարականը օրվա հրամայական է դառնում:
