Արցախը Հայաստանից կտրելու մասին հարց երբեք չի եղել: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը 2020 թվականին Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական գործունեության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ մամլո ասուլիսի ժամանակ: Նյութը վերցրել ենք vz.ru կայքից:

-Հայաստանի կապն Արցախի հետ ոչ ոք երբեք չի ժխտել: Բանակցությունների բոլոր տասնամյակների ընթացքում Հայաստանը և Արցախն իրարից կտրելու վերաբերյալ հարց երբեք չի եղել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, Լաչինի միջանցքը՝ որպես հայեցակարգ, ոչ ոքի կողմից չի մերժվել և այն առաջվա պես կողմերի՝ ներառյալ մեր ադրբեջանցի հարևանների համաձայնության առարկան է, - նշել է Լավրովը:

Նախարարը խոստացել է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահներն ապահովելու են թե՛ Ադրբեջանի, թե՛ Հայաստանի շահերը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Լավրովը նշել է, որ լարվածություն են առաջացնում Արցախում հայ պաշտոնյաների՝ բավականին քաղաքականացված հայտարարությունները:

-Ես գտնում եմ, որ ավելի լավ կլիներ խուսափել դրանից: Մենք արդեն ականատես ենք եղել, թե ինչպես են Արցախից կամ Արցախի վերաբերյալ արված հուզական հայտարարությունները, թե ինչպես է խոսքը նյութական ուժ դարձել: Տվյալ դեպքում տարբեր կողմերի բառերը շատ բացասական նյութական ուժ են դարձել, - շեշտել է նա:
