Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են մնացել հայոց պատմության և մշակույթի առնվազն 1456 նշանավոր անշարժ հուշարձաններ

Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը հրապարակել է զեկույց՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության` Ադրբեջանի օկուպացիայի տակ հայտնված տարածքներում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ իրականացված վանդալիզմի և հայկական հուշարձաններին սպառնացող ոչնչացման վտանգի վերաբերյալ:

Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են մնացել մեծամասամբ հայոց պատմության և մշակույթի առնվազն 1456 նշանավոր անշարժ հուշարձաններ, այդ թվում՝ 161 վանքեր և եկեղեցիներ, 591 խաչքարեր, Տիգրանակերտի, Ազոխի, Նոր Կարմիրավանի, Միրիկի, Կերենի հնավայրերն ու բազմաթիվ բերդեր, ամրոցներ, սրբավայրեր և այլ հուշարձաններ: Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են անցել նաև 8 պետական թանգարաններ՝ 19311 ցուցանմուշներով, ինչպես նաև Շուշիի գորգերի ու Հայկական դրամի մասնավոր թանգարանները:

Զեկույցում ներկայացված են ադրբեջանաթուրքական ագրեսիայի ընթացքում և հրադադարից հետո արձանագրված՝ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման ու վանդալիզմի մի շարք դեպքեր, ներառյալ՝ Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոց Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ և Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ (Կանաչ ժամ) եկեղեցիների դիտավորյալ թիրախավորման ու վանդալիզմի դեպքերը։

Զեկույցում անդրադարձ է կատարվում նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վերաբերյալ ապատեղեկատվության միտումնավոր տարածման և մշակութային կոթողները «ալբանիզացնելու» քաղաքականությանը, ինչը ևս ոչնչացման սպառնալիքի տակ է դնում Արցախի տարածքում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը:

Վերհանված դեպքերի և հայատյացության համատեքստի վերլուծությունը ցույց են տալիս, որ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումն ու խեղաթյուրումը կրում են համակարգված ու համատարած բնույթ: Ադրբեջանի պետական մարմինների ու հանրային դեմքերի գործողություններն ու հայտարարությունները վկայում են այն մասին, որ դա հատուկ պետական քաղաքականություն է՝ հենված հայ ազգի դեմ ատելության խրախուսման հանցավոր քաղաքականության վրա:

Հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների կողմից Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված տարածքներում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը կանխամտածված ոչնչացնելու բազմաթիվ նախադեպերն ու առկա իրական վտանգները՝ Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը հրատապ է համարում միջազգային համապատասխան կառույցների, հատկապես ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի, կողմից Արցախի տարածքում մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ուղղությամբ արդյունավետ ու անհապաղ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը:
