Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը հունվարի 25-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որի համաձայն դպրոցներից մեկը նոր տնօրեն ունի։

Որոշման մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է․ «Ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2010 թվականի մարտի 4-ի № 319-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված կարգի 34-րդ կետով, հիմք ընդունելով «Երևանի համար 160 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կոլեգիալ կառավարման մարմնի՝ խորհրդի 2021թ. հունվարի 13-ի նիստի համար 54 արձանագրությունը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության ներկայացուցչի եզրակացությունը և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի՝ 25.01.2021թ. h.12/3371 զեկուցագիրը` «Երևանի համար 160 հիմնական դպրոց» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության ընտրված տնօրեն Հասմիկ Անուշավանի Մարտիրոսյանի հետ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 25-ից կնքել աշխատանքային պայմանագիր՝ հինգ տարի ժամկետով /25.01.2021թ.-25.01.2026թ./՝ ազատելով նրան նույն կազմակերպության տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի պարտականությունների կատարումից»:

Հունվարի 21-ին, Հայկ Մարությանին փոխարինելու ժամանակ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատար Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի կողմից ստորգրված որոշման համաձայն էլ Երևանի համար 197 հիմնական դպրոցը նոր տնօրեն ունի։

«Ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2010 թվականի մարտի 4-ի № 319-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված կարգի 34-րդ կետով, հիմք ընդունելով «Երևանի 197 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի խորհրդի 2021թ. հունվարի 8-ի նիստի հ.4 արձանագրությունը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության ներկայացուցչի եզրակացությունը և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի՝ 15.01.2021թ. h.12/1099 զեկուցագիրը` 1.«Երևանի համար 197 հիմնական դպրոց» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության ընտրված տնօրեն Ալմաստ Էդիսոնի Ավետիսյանի հետ 2021 թվականի հունվարի 21-ից կնքել աշխատանքային պայմանագիր` հինգ տարի ժամկետով /21.01.2021թ.-21.01.2026թ./։ 2.«Երևանի համար 197 հիմնական դպրոց» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության ուսումնական աշխատանքների գծով տնօրենի տեղակալ Սվետլանա Նահատակյանին ազատել նույն կազմակերպության տնօրենի պարտականությունների կատարումից»։
