Դեռևս անցած տարվա հունիսին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հայտարարությունները կառավարության փոփոխության և երկրի տնտեսության ու արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ բեկում մտցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին իշխանությունները սվիններով ընդունեցին. Ծառուկյանի դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդումների մի ամբողջ ալիք սկսվեց: Կառավարության ոչ թե 97, այլ 100 տոկոսը պետք է փոխվի,- հայտարարել էր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան»-ի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի հրատապ նիստի ընթացքում՝ հավելելով, որ երբ կազմավորվեց կառավարությունը՝ ինքը շեշտել է, որ այդ կազմով հնարավոր չէ ժողովրդի խոստումներն ու սպասելիքներն իրականացնել։
 
Ծառուկյանը զգուշացրել էր նաև Արցախի հարցում հնարավոր ծանր հետևանքների մասին, բազմիցս պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել կիսվել իր փորձով, խորհուրդներով, նշել էր, որ իրեն պաշտոն պետք չէ, բայց... Դիլետանտ և մանկամիտ իշխանությունները առնվազն տարրական փորձ պետք է ունենային, ընկալելու համար, թե ինչ է ասում տասնյակ հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր և հսկայական միջազգային կապեր ստեղծած մարդը...
 
Հիմա, երբ պատերազմում խայտառակ ձախողումից հետո Փաշինյանը ստիպված փոխում է իր կադրերին, գոնե մեկ անգամ ամոթի զգացում ունեցե՞լ է, որ ժամանակին չլսեց Ծառուկյանի հորդորը, աշխատանքի չհրավիրեց արժանավորներին ու պրոֆեսիոնալներին և հիմնահատակ քանդեց պետությունը: Ունեցե՞լ է արդյոք ամոթի զգացում, որ Ծառուկյանի օգնությունից ու խորհուրդներից օգտվելու և ժողովրդի վիճակը բարելավելու փոխարեն քրեական հետապնդումների մի ամբողջ շարք է սկսել այդ մարդու նկատմամբ, մի մարդու, ում միայն միջազգային գործարար կապերը բավարար էին երկրում ներդրումային բում առաջացնելու համար...
 
Եվ եթե հիմա հասկացել եք Ծառուկյանի ասածը և փոխում եք ձեր կադրերին, բարոյական պարք չե՞ք համարում ներողություն խնդրել հանրությունից և ասել՝ Ծառուկյանը ճիշտ էր, ես սխալվեցի...
