Նիկոլը իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում հայտարարել էր, թե կսատարի համաժողովրդական շարժմանը, երբ եռյակը կպահանջի Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականը:
ԱԺ-ում իմպիչմենտի գործընթաց նախաձեռնելու մասին նա առաջին անգամ հայտարարեց հենց այն հարցազրույցում, որտեղ համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ եռյակը իբր դեռ չունի Սերժ Սարգսյանի հեռացման պահանջ: Այն պայմաններում, երբ Ազատության հրապարակից բազմաթիվ անգամ խոսվել է իշխանափոխության, Սերժ Սարգսյանի ռեժիմի տապալման, սահմանադրական կարգի վերականգնման անհարժեշտության մասին, սա, մեղմ ասած, փաստերի խեղաթյուրում է և ըստ էության Սերժ Սարգսյանին ծառայություններ մատուցելը արդարացնելու անօգուտ փորձ: Բայց սա մի կողմ:
Հիմա ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլը բացառել է որևէ համագործակցություն մինչև համաժողովրդական շարժումը չի ներկայացրել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի պահանջ: Եթե այդպես է, ապա ինչպե՞ս է նա առանց եռյակի հետ համագործակցության պատկերացնում անհրաժեշտ 44 ստորագրություններ հավաքելը: Մի գուցե նրա հույսը ՀՀԿ-ն է:
Նույն Նիկոլը պատասխանելով իր կազմակերպության պարապության մասին հարցերին մշտապես խոսել է դրա, որպես ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցի կայացման, կարճ ժամանակում իշխանափոխության հասնելու հստակ ծրագիր ունելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Սիվիլնեթին տված նույն հարցազրույցում, որտեղ հրապարականացվեց իմպիչմենտի գաղափարը, նա կրկին արձանագրեց, որ իր կազմակերպությունը դեռ չունի բավարար ռեսուրսներ իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու համար և այդ պատճառով իր կազմակերպության կողմից նման գործընթացի ձեռնարկումն այժմ ժամանակավրեպ է:
Հարց է առաջանում` ո՞րն է այս՝ իր պնդմամբ ոչ նպաստավոր պայմաններում իմպիչմենտի նախաձեռնման նպատակը, եթե իշխանափոխությունը բացառվում է:
Եվ վերջապես, ինչո՞ւ է Նիկոլը ակնկալում ստանալ ընդդիմության աջակցությունը:
Համաժողովրդական շարժումը ունի իշխանափոխության իր շատ հստակ ծրագիրը և բավար ռեսուրսներ այդ պրոցեսը հաղթական ավարտին հասցնելու համար: Հիմա Նիկոլի համար այս գործընթացը անընդունելի է և նա չի աջակցում դրան: Խնդիր չկա, Աստված նրա հետ, բայց կասկածի տեղիք է տալիս այն, որ վերջինս ակնկալում է շարժման աջակցությունը իր քայլին, երբ ոչ միայն չի ներկայացնում իր իշխանափոխության ծրագիրը, այլև օր ու գիշեր հայտարարում է, որ այդպիսին գոյությոն չունի:
Այս և մնացած այլ բազմաթիվ հարցերը, որոնց անդրադառնալու անհրաժեշտություն չկա, ցույց են տալիս, որ խնդրո առարկա նախաձեռնությունը ոչ թե նպատակ ունի նպաստել Հայաստանում մեկնարկած իշխանափոխության գործընթացին, այլ հակառակը՝ խոչընդոտել այն: Որպես ընդդիմության յուրատեսակ ստուգատես ներկայացվող այս նախաձեռնությունը, իրականում համաժողովրդական շարժմանը ֆալստարտի դրդելու խղճուկ սադրանք է:
Ընդդիմությունը տուրք չի տա նման սադրանքին, հատկապես այն դեպքում, երբ չի բացառվում, որ ինչ-որ պահի, երբ համազգային անհնազանդության միջոցառումների ճնշման տակ Խորհրդարանում տեղի ունենա ուժերի հավասարակշռության խախտում, առաջանա Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնանկության առաջադրման անհրաժեշտություն: Իսկ իմպիչմենտ չի կարելի շաբաթը մեկ ներկայացնել: Սա շարժման զինանոցում եղած այն եզակի փամփուշտներից է, որը չի կարելի օդ կրակել: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այն պետք է կրակել մեկ անգամ եւ ուղիղ նշանակետին:
