«Հայաստանի՝ 2021 թվականի բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը լրացնելու համար 750 մլն դոլարի եվրապարտատոմս է թողարկվել միջազգային շուկայում: Գործարքը տեղի է ունեցել հունվարի 26-ին: Եթե ավելի պարզ նշենք, ապա Հայաստանի արտաքին պետական պարտքն ավելացել է ևս 750 մլն դոլարով, ինչը պետական պարտքը մոտեցրել է 9 մլրդ դոլարի շեմին:

Եվ որքան էլ նշվում է, թե նպաստավոր տոկոսադրույքով են թողարկվել դրանք, ամեն դեպքում սա արտաքին աշխարհից ներգրավված պարտք է, որով պետական պարտքի բեռն աճում է: Սա նշանակում է, որ եկող տա­րիներին բյուջեից ավելի շատ գումար է հատկացվելու պարտքը սպասարկելու համար: Բայց իրավիճակը փորձենք հասկանալ թվերով. Ֆինանսնե­րի նախարարության տվալներով՝ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի վերջին Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմել է 7 մլրդ 968 մլն դոլար, տարվա ըն­թացքում, այսինքն՝ 2019 թվականի վերջի համեմատ՝ այն աճել է 647 մլն դոլարով, իսկ 2020-ի վերջի դրությամբ ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքը կազմել է 6 մլրդ 53 մլն դոլար՝ աճելով մոտ 269 մլն դոլարով։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ներքին պարտքին, ապա այն կազմում է 1 մլրդ 915 մլն դոլար, այս թիվն էլ ավե­լացել է մոտ 379 մլն դոլարով։ Ավելին՝ 2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեն նախագծելիս Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը կանխատեսել է, որ այս տարվա վերջում պետական պարտքը հատելու է 9 մլրդ դոլարի շեմը, այսինքն՝ 2021-ը նոր հակառեկորդի տարի է լինելու, և մենք էլի համարվելու ենք պարտքով ապրող երկիր»,-գրում է թերթը:
