Անանուն աղբյուրներից օգտվելու, կամ այլ կերպ ասած ֆեյքերի ֆաբրիկաների աշխատանքը կասեցնելու համար առաջարկվում է ԶԼՄ-ների մասին օրենքում լրացում կատարել: Նախագիծն արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել է ԱԺ, որը վերջին օրերին դարձել է լրատվական ծառայությունների և լրագրողական կազմակերպությունների քննարկման առարկան:

Օրենքի նախագծի հեղինակների կարծիքով լրատվամիջոցները սկսել են հղում կատարել ինչ-ինչ անհայտ ծագում ունեցող տելեգրամյան և այլ աղբյուրների, որոնք, ըստ նրանց կարող են կասկածելի գործունեություն ծավալելուց բացի, սպառնալ ազգային անվտանգությանը:

Երևանի Մամուլի ակումբի նախագահ Բորիս Նավասարդյանի կարծիքով՝ ոչ թե օրենսդիրը պետք է մտածի ավանդական կամ պրոֆեսիոնալ լրատվամիջոցների և լրագրողների համբավի մասին, այլ՝ ԶԼՄ-ները: Ուստի, եթե չնույնականացվող տեղեկատվական աղբյուրները լրատվամիջոցների համար մրցակիցներ չեն, ապա դրա մասին պետք է մտածեն ԶԼՄ-ները:

«Այսինքն՝ եթե լրատվամիջոցները չեն կարծում, որ տելեգրամյան աղբյուրները իրենց մրցակիցներն են, ապա իրենք պետք է որոշեն, հղում անեն այս կամ այն ալիքին, թե՝ ոչ: Եվ, եթե խոսում ենք սպառողի շահերից, ապա ես կգերադասերի, որ նման տեղեկությունները ֆիլտրվեին պրոֆեսիոնալ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, նոր ներկայացվեին հասարակությանը, ոչ թե այս կամ այն անհայտ աղբյուրից ստացվող տեղեկությունը նույնությամբ հրապարակվեին: Այսինքն, ավելի կարևոր է տեղեկությունների բովանդակության մասին մտածել, քանի որ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը ենթադրում է, որ տարբեր աղբյուրներից ստացվող տեղեկությունները պետք է ֆիլտրվեն, ճշտվեն, նոր հրապարակվեն: Մյուս կողմից եթե չնույնականավող ալիքներից ստացվող տեղեկությունները լրատվամիջոցները առանց ֆիլտրելու են մատուցվում սպառողին, ապա սպառողները կսկսեն իրենք օգտվել այդ աղբյուրներից և այլևս չեն հետևի այս կամ այն լրատվամիջոցի աշխատանքին, ինչը պետք է որ մտահոգիչ լինի նրանց համար»,- ասաց Բ. Նավասարդյանը:

Ըստ նրա, իրականում խնդիրը, ոչ թե այն անանուն հարթակն է, որը այս կամ այն տեղեկությունն է տարածում, այլ այն, թե հետագայում ինչ է արվում այդ տեղեկության հետ: Ուստի, հարկավոր է նախ սահմանել ժամանակակից տարբեր տեղեկատվական հարթակները, որից հետո արդեն հարկ կլինի նոր իր հայտ եկած երևույթների գործունեությունը կարգավորելու մասին մտածել:

«Նախ հարկավոր է հասկանլ, թե ներկայացված նախագծով մենք ինչպես կկարողանանք պաշտպանել պատասխանատու լրատվամիջոցին առհասարակ տեղեկություն տարածողներից: Ուստի կարգավորելով նմանատիպ հարթակների գործունեությունը, պետք է անդարադառնանք նաև նրա, թե շուկայում գործունեություն ծավալող ո՞ր տեղեկատվական միջոցը կամ ԶԼՄ-ն ինչպիսի վարքագիծ է որդեգրել տեղեկատվական դաշտում և իրականացնում: Այսինքն՝ հարկավոր է ոչ թե աղբյուրների դեմ պայքարել, այլ մտածել դրանք սպառողների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու մասին, որն ավելի կարևոր է»,- ասաց Բ. Նավասարդյանը:
