Չնայած Ղարաբաղում «հաղթանակի» մասին Ալիեւի հայտարարություններին, Բաքվում բավական տարօրինակ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել: Ալիեւը կոռուպցիայի մեջ մեղադրել է պետական կորպորացիաների ղեկավարներին: Այն բանից հետո, երբ Ալիեւը քննադատել է նրանց, որ «ձգտում են Շուշի խցկվել իրենց բիզնեսով», մեջլիսի պատգամավորներից մեկը հայտարարել է, որ նրանք այնքան են «գիրացել, որ տարվել են պետական հեղաշրջման ցանկությամբ»:

 
 
 

Ինչի՞ց են դժգոհ օլիգարխները: «Հաղթանակի» համար ծախսված փողը պետք է վերադարձնել: Դատելով սոցցանցերի արձագանքներից, պետությունը փող չի գտնում «ազատագրված տարածքների վերակառուցման» համար: Սոցցանցերում մարդիկ դժգոհում են, որ իրենցից պարտադրաբար պահումներ են արվում վերականգնման հիմնադրամների համար: Երեւում է օլիգարխներին նույնպես որոշել են սեղմել:

Վերջին իրադարձությունների ֆոնին հատկանշական է Իլհամ Ալիեւի քրոջ՝ Սեվիլ Ալիեւայի հայտնությունը: Հրաժարական է տվել 2006-ից  Space հեռուստաալիքի գլխավոր խմբագիր, հայտնի կինովավերագիր Վագիֆ Մուստաֆաեւը: Սեվիլ Հեյդարովնան ասել է, որ ինքը բնակվում է արտերկրում եւ ափսոսում է, որ իր հոր մասին Մուստաֆաեւի «Գալիս եմ մարդկանց փրկեմ» ֆիլմը ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյաները խոտանել են: Նա ասել է, որ երիտասարդները պետք է դիտեն այդ ֆիլմը, որպեսզի պատկերացնեն, թե ինչպիսին էր անկախ Ադրբեջան ստեղծած այդ մարդը:

Ֆիլմում խոսվում է Հեյդար Ալիեւի «թուլությունների» մասին, իսկ նրա գլխավոր թույլ տեղը միշտ եղել է որդին՝ Իլհամը, որը պարբերաբար հայտնվում էր սկանդալների մեջ իր շվայտ ապրելակերպով: Հեյդարը «հանձնեց» Ղարաբաղը, բայց փրկեց Ադրբեջանը, Իլհամը «վերցրեց» Ղարաբաղը, բայց հանձնեց Ադրբեջանը:

Սեվիլը դժգոհ է, որ հոր պաշտամունքը փոխարինվում է եղբոր պաշտամունքով: Նրա հայտարարության տակ օգտատերերը գրում են՝ ստիպեք Ձեր եղբորը հրաժարական տա, ժողովուրդը ձեզ հուշարձան կկանգնեցնի: Ժողովուրդը Ձեզ սիրում է: Եկեք Ադրբեջանում բնակվեք, դրանից հետո բոլոր անարժանները կփախչեն Ադրբեջանից:
