Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը հայտարարել է, որ գերեվարված հայերի հարցով զբաղվում է անձամբ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը: «Ես չեմ չափազանցնում, սա այն հարցն է, որով անձամբ զբաղվում է մեր երկրի նախագահը, արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարները: Այս հարցի լուծումը, հնարավոր է, չլինի այնքան շուտ, որքան սպասում ենք, բայց հավատացեք, առավելագույնն է արվում, ես վստահ եմ՝ այն հաստատ լուծվելու է», ասել է ՌԴ դեսպանը:

 Ստացվում է ՌԴ նախագահը, արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարները չեն կարողանում արագ լուծել այդ հարցը։ Չեն կարողանո՞ւմ, թե չեն ցանկանում։ Իհարկե, կարող են ասել, որ դա իրենց գործը չէ, սակայն եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո տրամաբանական չէր լինի պահանջներ դնել միայն հայ կառավարության առաջ, որն օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով ոչ թե եռակողմ հայտարարության կողմ է, այլ ռուս-թուրքական համաձայնությունների օբյեկտ ու կամակատար։ Դեսպանի հայտարարությունն այս առումով տեղավորվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը պահելու Կրեմլի որոշման տրամաբանության մեջ, գերիների մասով նրա վրայից ճնշումը որոշակիորեն հանելու, եւ նաեւ ռուսական «փրկչական» կերպարը պահելու համար։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, հարկ է նշել, որ գերիների առկայությունը նոյեմբերի 9-ից ի վեր լծակ է ռուս-թուրքական տանդեմի համար՝ հայ հանրային կամքը ճնշելու, անզորության զգացում արմատավորելու, որոշումներ պարտադրելու համար, մյուս կողմից՝ ռուս-թուրքական առեւտրի առարկա «որոշակի տարաձայնությունների» դեպքում։ Պատահական չէր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոստովանությունը, որ իր որեւէ պատասխանն Ալիեւին կարող է այդ գերիների կյանքն արժենալ։

Այս առումով, հիշատակման արժանի է արդեն եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո Հադրութի հայկական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող բնակավայրերի պաշտպանների զինաթափումն ու գերեվարումը, որը ոչ միայն այդ փաստաթղթի առաջին կետի խախտում էր, այլեւ ինչպես պարզվեց հետագայում՝ համատեղ իրականացված գործողություն։

Ավելին վեց տասնյակից ավելի գերիներին Բաքուն ՄԻԵԴ-ում ներկայացրել է որպես ահաբեկիչներ եւ որպես փաստարկ ներկայացրել էր հենց ռուս խաղաղապահների հաստատումը։ Այս տեղեկատվական արտահոսքն, ի դեպ, հայաստանյան զլմ-ներում արագորեն մոռացության տրվեց։ Ռուսաստանն, այսպիսով, ուղիղ պատասխանատվություն է կրում գերիների հարցում։

Դեսպան Կոպիրկինը փաստացի հայտարարում է այս ստոր քաղաքականության շարունակման մասին, քանի որ որեւէ լեգալ պատճառ չկա նրանց պահելու համար՝ գերիների վերադարձը արձանագրված է եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ, իսկ նոր գերեվարությունները տեղի են ունեցել այդ փաստաթղթի առաջին կետի խախտմամբ։ Նրանց պահում են որպես պատանդներ՝ որոշումներ պարտադրելու նպատակով։ Սա Արցախի դեմ ահաբեկչական պատերազմի եւս մեկ վկայություն է:
