ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանային տարածքներում տարբեր թեմաներ լուսաբանելու համար լրագրողներին անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների համաձայնությունը, որի համար պետք է նախապես գրավոր (այդ թվում՝ նաև էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով) դիմել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ, տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Սահմանապահ զորքերից։ Դրա անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է ստեղծված օպերատիվ իրավիճակով և անվտանգության նկատառումներով, ինչպես նաև հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի համապատասխան տարածքներում սահմանային աշխատանքների իրականացման հանգամանքը, ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ այս տեղեկությունը հաջորդում է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանի գրառմանը, ով Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին զրուցել էր ռուս սահմանապահների հետ: Նրանք նախկին վարչապետին փաստաթուղթ են ցույց տվել, ըստ որի Երեւանի ու բաքվի միջեւ ճանապարհային խնդիրներով ստորագրվել է գաղտնի փաստաթուղթ:

Այսօր այդ կապակցությամբ Ազգային ժողովում վարչապետին հարց է ուղղել պատգամավոր Կարեն Սիմոնյանը: Սակայն նրա հարցին պատասխանել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ով փաստացի հաստատել է Բագրատյանի տեղեկությունը Գորիս-Դավիթ Բեկ ճանապարհահատվածի մասով:

Եռակողմ հայտարարության կետերից մեկը Սյունիքով հաղորդակցության մասին է, իրականության մեջ՝ Հայաստանի տարածքում նախատեսված ռուս-թուրքական «անվտանգության միջանցքներից» մեկը, որը փաստացի նշանակում է Սյունիքի օտարում, կամ ինչպես ՀՀ վարչապետն էր ասում՝ «անվտանգության նոր համակարգի կառուցում»: Սյունիքով անցնող ճանապարհների ռուս-թուրքական վերահսկողությունը այդ ծրագրի իրագործման երաշխիքն է: Ընդ որում, ուշադրության է արժանի այն հանգամանքը, թե երբ է կնքվել կամ ձեռք բերվել համատեղ պարեկության այդ պայմանավորվածությունը՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրման օ՞րը, թե դրանից հետո: Դետալները խիստ կարեւոր են եւ պատասխանում են շատ հարցերի:

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատում է կանխատեսումները, նաեւ այն հանգամանքը, որ Սյունիքի օտարումը տեղի է ունենում ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ պլանավորմամբ ու պարտադրանքով: Ռուսաստանը հենց Սյունիքի սահմաններին մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ հրաժարվում է Հայաստանի հանդեպ ուղիղ եւ ՀԱՊԿ գծով իր պարտավորություններից:

Ազգային ժողովում այսօր հայտարարվեց նաեւ, որ Սյունիքում այլընտրանքային ճանապարհներ են կառուցվելու: Սա եւս մեկ վկայություն է: Հայաստանի կառավարությունն այսպիսով գործում է օկուպանտների հարկադրանքի տակ: Լրագրողների աշխատանքի սահմանափակումը կամ նոր կարգը վկայում է, որ լինելու է շարունակություն:
