 Օրերս հասարակական կազմակերպությունները համատեղ հայտարարույթյուն տարածեցին ԱԺ իշխող խմբակության կողմից արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու աննպատակահարմարության մասին հայտարարությունից հետո: Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում էր, որ երկրում ստեղծված ճգնաժամը հնարավոր կլինի հաղթահարել միայն նոր ընտրություններից հետո, ուստի իշխող կուսակցության դիրքորոշումը սխալ է և չի բխում երկրի շահերից: Ուստի օր առաջ հարկավոր է օրակարգ վերադարձնել այդ հարցը:

Իրավապաշտպան Նինա Կարապետյանցը համոզված է, որ իշխանությունները պետք է ականջալուր լինեն քաղհասարակությունից եկող հայտարարություններին, քանի որ այդ կառույցներն ավելի անկախ են և անշահախնդիր կերպով են դիտարկում խնդիրներն ու տեսնում դրանք լուծելու ուղղությունները:

«Ուստի չօգտագործել այդ շանսը իրականությունը հասկանալու, դա պարզապես շռայլություն է կամ եղած ռեսուրսների մսխում: Մյուս կողմից, երբ իշխանությունները ականջալուր չեն լինում հասարակական կառույցների կողմից եկող ազդակներին, նրանք բախվում են մեծ խնդիրների: Երբ ավելի վաղ մենք խոսում էինք անցյալին քաղաքական գնահատական տալու անհրաժեշտության մասին, որպեսզի հանցավոր ռեժիմը վերադարձի հնարավորություն չունենա, իշխանությունն այդ առաջարկը արհամարհեց: Հիմա երեք տարի առաջ մերժվածները որոշել են, որ իրենք պետք է գան և Հայաստանում ինչ-որ կարծիք ստեղծեն: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանություններին պետք էր, որ նախկիններին գնահատական չտան, որ այսօր նրանց համեմատ կրկին առավելություն ունենան: Այդ է պատճառը, որ շարքային քաղաքացին նախկին թալանչիների ու նեկայի միջև ընտրություն կատարելիս կրկին ընտրում է այն, ինչ ունենք»,- ասաց Ն. Կարապետյանցը:

Այդ պատճառահետևանքային կապը, ըստ իրավապաշտպանի երևում է դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների ֆոնին, երբ այդպես էլ թալանչիները չեն հայտնվում մեկուսարաններում: Եվ դա ընդամենը մեկ օրինակ է, երբ այսօր դատաիրավական համակարգի աշխատանքի պատճառով երկիրը, փաստացի, գնում է ցնցումների ճանապարհով:

«Սա տանում է շատ ծանր հետևանքների և այն ինչ կանխատեսում է քաղհասարակությունը, պետք է լսել: Պետության, պետականության կայացման համար լավագույն ուղին գտնելու հարցում քաղհասարակությունն էլ իր ներսում ունի բանավեճ, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ի վերջո մենք չենք հանգում միասնական եզրակացության: Մենք ևս փնտրում և գտնում ենք այն լավագույն տարբերակը, որի շուրջ սկսում են աշխատել բոլորը: Ուստի, քանի դեռ սա չեն հասկանցել իշխանությունները, մենք որևէ արդյունքի հասնել չենք կարողանա»,- ասաց  Ն.Կարապետյանցը:
