 ՔՈ կուսակցության անդամ Հայկ Սահակյանը համոզված է, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններ տեղի կունենան, սակայն հարց է, թե դրանք երբ կլինեն: Այդուհանդերձ, մինչ այդ հարկավոր է Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը փոփոխության ենթարկել, որը հրապարակից հնչեցված խոստումներից մեկն է:

«Որպեսզի այսուհետ ախրանիկ պատգամավորներ չունենք, պետք է Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը փոխվի: Ինչ վերաբերում է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, ապա դա անհրաժեշտ է երկրում ստեղծված ճգնաժամին վերջ դնելու համար: Բայց, որպեսզի նախորդ ընտրությունների նման էմոցիոնալ ֆոնի վրա չլինեն ընտրություններ, հարկավոր է նախ երկիրը դուրս բերել տուրբուլենտության իրավիճակից: Հակառակ դեպքում կունենանք այն, ինչ ունեցանք հեղափոխական էյֆորիկ ընտրությունների արդյունքում, երբ 80 % ստացավ մի ուժ, ինչն աննախադեպ էր: Այսինքն՝ նման էմոցիոնալ իրավիճակում հանրությունը սկսում է ոչ ադեկվատ ընտրություն իրականացնել: Եվ որպեսզի հասարակությունը կարողանա սառը դատել և ռեալ ընտրության անել, հարկավոր է կրքերը հանդարտեցնել և քաղաքացուն ռեալ ընտրություն անելու հնարավորորություն տալ»,- Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հ. Սահակյանը:

Քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով հասարակությունը սառը գլխով ընտրություն կատարելու համար պետք է ոչ թե անձերին նայի, այլ՝ սկսի կուսակցությունների ներկայացրած ծրագրերը նայել:

«Հիմա ինչի՞ շուրջ են ընտրություն կատարելու: Մեկը մյուսին է ասում դավաճան և հանրային քաղաքական հիմնական դիսկուրսը դրա շուրջ է: Մյուս կողմից անուղղակի համագործակցություն է նշմարվում իշխանությունների և 17+-ի միջև, քանի որ մեկի գոյությունը մյուսին է կյանք տալիս: Ստացվում է, որ իրար պաս տալով ապաքաղաքական մթնոլորտ են ստեղծում ու այդ պայմաններում ուզում ենք հասարակությունը ադեկվատ ընտրություն կատարի՞: Այդպես չի լինում: Պետք է հաշվի նստել այն իրողության հետ, թե ինչու ժողովուրդը դուրս չի գալիս փողոց: Բայց մյուս կողմից պետք է անպայման արտահերթ ընտրություններ լինեն, քանի որ հետպատերազմյան Հայաստանը մինչ պատերազմյան Հայաստանը չէ: Իրողություններ են փոխվել և դրա արդյունքում պետք է փոխվի նաև իշխանության դեմքը»,- ասաց Հ. Սահակյանը:
