Իշխանությունները, չնայած, շարունակում են պոպուլիստական քայլերով և հայտարարություններով հասարակությանը հանդարտեցնել, թե ամեն ինչ լավ է և երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակը շարունակում է կայուն մնալ, բայց մյուս կողմից մասնագետները ահազանգում են բազմաթիվ խնդիրների մասին, որոնք մոտ ապագայում արդեն իսկ տեսանելի կդառնան:

Սարգսյանը նշում էր, որ այն հնարավոր է եկու ձևով իրականացնել: Մեկը՝ պետական գույքի վաճառքն է, մյուսը՝ պարտքի ներգրավվումը: Բայց, քանի որ գույքի տեսանկյունից գրեթե ամեն ինչ վաճառված է, իսկ ինչ էլ որ մնացել է, պետք է նախ հասկանալ, թե որդյոք հնարավոր է դրանք արագ և արդյունավետ վաճառել: Մյուս տարբերակը, ըստ մասնագետի՝ պարտքի ներգրավման հարցը թեև ավելի իրատեսական է, սակայն, այս դեպքում պարզապես չի կարելի պարտքով ընթացիք ծախսերը հոգալ, քանի որ այդ դեպքում գումարի վերադարձելիության հարցը մնալու է հարցականի տակ:

Ավելի իրատեսական կլինի, եթե այն ուղղվի կապիտալ ծախսերի իրականացմանը, որը միանգամից մի քանի հարց կլուծի: Ի դեպ չպետք է մոռանալ նաև, որ մոտենում են նախորդ կառավարությունների կողմից թողարկած եվրոբոնդերի մարման ժամկետները: Եվ այս պայմաններում երկրի պարքն ավելացնելը կարող է երկրի տնտեսությունը տանել վտանգավոր փակուղի: Ուստի, պարտք ներգրավելուց հետո հարկավոր է խելամիտ քայլեր ձեռնարկել, հակառակ դեպքում կկանգնենք երկրի տնտեսությունը կորցնելու վտանգի առջև:
