«Ժողովրդական, ժողովրդի հետ, ժողովրդի համար» և նմանատիպ «այլընտրանքային» հայտարարություններն արդեն ինքնըստինքյան կարելի է ավելի ավելի ստույգ մեկնաբանել. բանն այն է, որ վերջապես պարզվել է, թե ով է այդ «ժողովուրդը», ում հետ է միշտ և ում համար է ինքնըստինքյան ամեն ինչ անում «օլիգարխիկ ընդդիմությունը»: Եվ պարզողներն ամենևին էլ բրիտանացի գիտնականները չեն, քանին որ վերջիններս հայտնագործելու այլ բաներ ունեն: Իսկ թե ով է, մենք հիմա միասին նորից կպարզենք:
Նախ մի այսպիսի հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ ժողովրդի մասին այդքան հոգացող կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները դեմ են քվեարկում այդ նույն ժողովրդի 7000 ներկայացուցչի աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը: Այսինքն` կարելի է անել հետևություն, որ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի առաջարկած՝ այդ 7000 համայնքային աշխատողները ժողովրդից չեն: Լավ, ընդունեցինք: Հիմա եկեք միասին պարզենք, թե ով է ԲՀԿ-ի համար «ժողովուրդը», և հանուն ում է ընդհանրապես գործում այդ կուսակցությունը: Իսկ դա դժվար չէ, ընդամենը պետք է հիշել, թե ում աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման համար էին ժամանակին կոկորդ պատռում ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավբորները: Չհիշեցի՞ք: Ուրեմն հիշեցնեմ՝ պատգամավորների, ընդ որում, այդ պատգամավորների մեջ քիչ տոկոս չեն կազմում հենց իրենք՝ ԲՀԿ-ականները, որոնց զգալի մասն էլ, ի դեպ, բիզնեսներ ունի, թեպետ օրենքով դա չի թույլատրվում: Մի խոսքով, հայրենական պատգամավորների զգալի մասն իր բարեկեցությունից բողոքելու որևէ առիթ չունի, բայց ԲՀԿ-ականները ժամանակին խիստ ջղաձգված և գրգռված ելույթներ էին ունենում այդ մասին, տենչում էին էլ ավելի հարստացնել առանց այն էլ վատ չապրող «ազգի ընտրյալներին»: Այո, և հենց այդ «ազգի ընտրյալներն» էլ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդի և նրա հետևորդների ասած «ժողովուրդն» են: Ժողովրդական՝ այնինքն օլիգարխային, ժողովրդի համար՝ օլիգարխների համար, ժողովրդի հետ՝ ինքնըստինքյան օլիգարխների հետ:
Ի դեպ, 7000 մարդու աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման համար նախատեսված գումարը տնտեսելով՝ կարելի էր վերջապես իրականացնել ԲՀԿ-ի կրքոտ երազանքը՝ բարձրացնել մի խումբ ուրախ և հարուստ տղաների աշխատավարձերը. ենթադրում եմ, որ դա որոշ ԲՀԿ-ականների չիրականացված ցանկություններից է:
Եթե ընդհանրապես կա տրամաբանություն ասվածը, ապա ըստ տրամաբանության՝ ընդդիմությունն իշխանությունից պետք է պահանջի քաղաքացիների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում, ընդդիմությունը պետք է կողմ լինի, իսկ իշխանությունը՝ դեմ: Բայց տարոն Մարգարյանի առաջարկի և ԲՀԿ-ի արձագանքի դեպքում երևույթը չափից դուրս անոմալ է՝ իշխանությունն է ուզում քաղաքացիների աշխատավարձ բարձրացնել, իսկ ընդդիմությունը դեմ է: Չնայած ի՞նչ ընդդիմություն, չէ՞ որ իրենք ինքըստինքյան «ոչ իշխանական են»: Եվ դեռ «ոչ իշխանական» այս դիրքում ԲՀԿ-ականներն իրենց լրիվ «իշխանական» են զգում՝ գործելով ի վնաս քաղաքացիների: Իսկ պատկերացրեք եթե իշխանության գան, ի՞նչ կանեն, քաղաքացիների աշխատավարձերի իջեցման մասին օրինագծե՞ր կառաջարկեն:
