 ՔՈ կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Հայկ Սահակյանը համոզված է, որ հայկական մշակույթ է դարձել, որ երբ քաղաքական պայքար է սկսվում իշխանությունների դեմ, ապա դա պետք է անպայման ուղեկցվի նաև ձերբակալություններով, որպեսզի ընդդիմությունը սկսի նաև պաշտպանության կարիք ունեցողի դիրքերից հանդես գալ: Ցավն այն է, որ ներկայիս իշխանությունները ևս չեն վարանում նախկինների նման բախումների ճանապարհով գնալուց, ինչը ավելի շատ մկանների ցուցադրության է նմանվում, քան քաղաքական պայքարի:

«Իրականում երկու կողմերն էլ ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածք են դրսևորում, ինչը նորմալ չէ: Նման մոտեցումն անընդունելի է մեզ համար, քանի որ, իրականում կան քաղաքական պայքարի այլ ձևեր և գործիքներ: Պետք է նկատել, որ հայկական քաղաքական համակարգը մշտապես բռնություններին կողմնակից է եղել և ցանկացած այլախոհություն պատժվել է բռնի կերպով: Օրինակ՝ Մաշտոցի պուրակի ակցիաների ժամանակ մեզ այնպես ծեծեցին, որ ես ամբողջ կյանքում չեմ մոռանա: Այն ժամանակ իշխանություններին պետք էր յուրաքանչյուր բողոքի ակցիայի նման ձևով արձագանքել, որպեսզի բոլորը իրենց նման լինեն: Եվ այդ ամենը հենց ներսից քայքայեց նրանց հիմքերը և հանգեցրեց իշխանափոխության»,- Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հ. Սահակյանը:

Քաղաքական գործչի համար ընդունելի չէ, որ ընդամենը երկու տարի առաջ մերժված ուժերն այսօր փորձում են գալ իշխանության: Այսինքն՝ ընդդիմության կողմից առաջարկվող բոլոր թեզերը հանրությունը մերժել է ոչ վաղ անցյալում և դա է պատճառը, որ ինչքան նրանք ակտիվանում են, այնքան հասարակությունը գնում է դեպի իշխանությունների կողմը: «Բողոքի ակցիաներին չմասնակցելը հասարակության կողմից իրականացվող լուռ ակցիա է, որով ուզում են ասել, որ իրենք չեն ուզում հների վերադարձը: Հասարակությունն էլ է տեսնում, որ այն, ինչի համար եկել է այսօրվա իշխանությունը այս ընթացքում որևէ բան չի իրականացրել, բայց մյուս կողմից հարթակում կանգնածնեըը պետք է հասկանան, որ իրենք չէ, որ պետք է գան ու փոխարինեն ներկայիս իշխանություններին»,- ասաց Հ. Սահակյանը:
