Ռուս լրագրող, հայտնի հեռուստամեկնաբան Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովն իր Соловьёв LIVE յութուբյան հաղորդման շրջանակներում ռազմական փորձագետ Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովի հետ քննարկել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախօրեին արած հայտարարությունները ռուսական «Իսկանդեր» օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռային համալիրի անարդյունավետության մասին: 

«Մարդ, որը մեղավոր է վերջին հարյուր տարում հայ ժողովրդի հետ տեղի ունեցած ամենասարսափելի ողբերգության համար, նման նվաստացում չէր եղել հարյուր տարի, ահա այդ մարդը հայտարարում է, որ մեղավոր են բոլորը, բայց ոչ ինքը՝ երկրի գլխավոր գերագույն հրամանատարը: Պարզվում է՝ զենքն է վատը եղել: Թող 2 տարում գներ այն զենքը, որն իրեն դուր էր գալիս»,- շեշտել է Սոլովյովը: 

«Առաջին հերթին՝ Փաշինյանի գիտելիքները սպառազինման հարցում չափազանց պարզունակ են: Ես երբեք չեմ մոռանա, թե ինչպես էր նա խոսում «ՕՍԱ» և «ՕԿԱ» զենիթահրթիռային համալիրների քիչ արդյունավետության մասին: Բանն այն է, որ «ՕԿԱ»-ն զենիթահրթիռային համալիր չէ, այլ օպերատիվ-մարտավարական հրթիռ է, որը ժամանակին ընդգրկված է եղել խորհրդային բանակի սպառազինման կազմում և վերացվել է Գորբաչովի և Շևարդնաձեի նախաձեռնությամբ»,- մեկնաբանել է Բաղդասարովը՝ ընդգծելով Փաշինյանի անիրազեկությունը:

«Դա նրա հայտարարությունը չէ… Նրան ասում են՝ ինչ հայտարարի, նա էլ հայտարարում է: Իսկ ո՞վ է ստիպում նրան դա ասել: Եկեք իրերն իրենց անուններով կոչենք: Մենք սխալ պատկերացում ունենք Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին… Նա ուղղակի մեկն է, որին սորոսական կառույցներն ընտրել էին Հայաստանում, այսպես կոչված, ընդդիմության շարքից և նրան դարձրել երկրի ղեկավար»,- հավելել է Բաղդասարովը:

Նախօրեին 1in.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի՝ ինքը զարմացած է, թե ինչու պատերազմի 3-րդ կամ 4-րդ օրն «Իսկանդեր»-ը չի կիրառվել: 

Նվեր Մնացականյանը Փաշինյանից հետաքրքրվել է՝ այդ ակնարկն իրե՞ն է ուղղված, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է. «Այդ ակնարկը գուցե, հասցեագրված է նաև ինձ, բայց կարծում եմ՝ մերժվածը պետք է որ բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխան իմանա և չտա հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանն ինքը գիտի: Իսկ գուցե պատասխանե՞ն՝ ինչո՞ւ կրակած «Իսկանդեր»-ը (հրթիռը,- խմբ.) չի պայթել կամ պայթել է, օրինակ՝ 10 տոկոսով»: Դիտարկմանը՝ այդպես է՞լ է լինում, Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է. «Չգիտեմ: 80-ականների զե՞նք էր գուցե»:
